Not happy with the fact that customers as told after orders that there is a mandatory 20% gratuity due to staffing issues. As much as we all support the low labor circumstances, this should not be the responsibility of customers to secure or keep employees motivated to work. Nice way to guarantee a 20% markup on an already infladed price that existing customers have been paying for a while. But I guess that's the price of food now.

Happy's is pretty good. I would definitely order ahead every single time because there's usually a 30-minute wait and a lot of times they have unexpected slow downs. But overall it's some pretty good food. Can't beat a rib tip dinner for 11 bucks.

I ordered 2 lb of rib tips I was able to eat three this was the worst experience ever I gave a bad review some time ago and I should have never tried this place again horrible experience waste of money 2 lb of rib tips down the tubes This place sucks!!!!!

****BEWARE****please folks do not waste your time or money ordering food from Happy Pizza, (on Westnedge in Kalamazoo at least). Seems like they're just trying to barely stay open. No matter what day and particularly Monday no matter what time you order, they don't seem to ever have any food to serve you. The couple times that I ordered recently after covid in particularly ,I always get a call back never fails that they don't have more than half the items I ordered. Last Sunday September 21st 2024, I spent $100 with them after months of never ordering from there maybe even a year and same thing nothing changed. This time I cancel my order and they told me that I would get my $100 back in 5 to 7 business days and here it is a 10 days later and no refund. May God judge them for the dishonesty and trying to literally just make a profit knowing that they should probably close the store never having things that people order. And because of this whole fiasco I tried out****BUDDY'S PIZZA*** on Westnedge which is amazing, so much better quality food than Happy's and many different authentic foods to order that were amazing!!!

I love their pizza, it's always super hot and fresh, and super delicious. I have never had a bad experience with Happy's, they're really fast too. Great price and service, and also the distinct flavor of Happy's has me recommending them to a bunch of people I talk to. If you want a good 'Za at a good price get Happy's

They delivered me a large pizza and breadsticks and did not cut the pizza nor breadsticks with no toppings then told me that I was on the do not deliver list and they can’t do anything about it.
