I'm confused Harvey used to be one of the best places in all of downtown Kalamazoo. Now it's 2025 - weekend, SUMMER, 8:00 ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.... NO MUSIC. NOTHIN. Are they trying to drive away business? Are they trying to go out of business? Did someone recently buy Harvey's for a tax write-off? So confused 😕

Why doesn't management have music and a fun atmosphere on summer evenings especially on the weekend??
Our party of 25 people arrived thinking we would be celebrating my friend's birthday. One by one we ordered a drink in piled out onto the deck just to realize there wasn't even music playing to listen to No less dance too. *We literally turned our phones on for music while we had our one drink*
It was absolutely crazy. What a missed opportunity for the management and owners of Harveys. Wtf are y'all doing??

The staff here are great folks. I have eaten or ordered from here only a few times, but see them outside of their job often as well. They are always friendly and professional. The food has always been as ordered, and great! Great place to watch a game, socialize, have good food, and drinks.

I went to this establishment on a Sunday with a friend and my service dog. When I arrived and we sat down, I was told we had to leave and that this establishment doesn't allow dogs, including service dogs. I did explain the law and protections of my guide dog under the ADA, to which I was told I could stay, but if another person comes into the establishment, we would have to leave. This is very illegal and discriminatory.

Love Harveys, just wish the food portions were a little better for the price. I got the White Cheddar Cheese Curds for $8 and I think it came with ~8 small little breaded curds. That is insane. I would've been happier with 30 breaded bits of cheese sticks, lol.

Went here last night (Monday at 9pm) asked for food and beer but the bartender told me no food service because it was too slow, yet there was over a dozen people In there. The place closes at midnight.Owner should just put a sign up that says no food on Mondays ( or other slow days) because this is completely deceptive business practice. And simply lazy.

Disappointed that Steve decided to get rid of entertainment altogether. This place used to be popping when they had a DJ, this place once had live music.With the scene in Kalamazoo a lot more could be done with space like this and the owner obviously does not understand that part of his marketing. (Next to the state theater) really no entertainment?
