Hungry Howie's Pizza

ordered food online through their website. only received part of my order and the food I did receive was room temperature. I am unable to contact store. everytime I attempt to call number listed on website and google i get the number is not in service. can't I believe someone would run a business like this.

Usually, this Hungry Howies, is the best hungry Howies in Kalamazoo. I would give it five stars because i have never really had a bad product front this location. The last three times in a row, I’ve ordered food and the quality has been terrible. I don’t know if it’s just the time and day which I’m ordering or maybe you guys got some new people there. But three times in a row items have been forgotten, the food was just thrown together sloppily and tasted funny. I really dont want to have to go to another one so hopefully this doesnt happen too often because this is unusual.

They forgot my marinara sauce for my really dry bread and my lettuce and tomato that now comes on the side didnt come at all

Placed an online order at 7:45pm to pickup at 8:30pm. Got there at 8:25pm, told the worker my name and he said its in the oven, will be another 5 minutes. Initially it was no problem, they were quite busy and I was early. While waiting, I can see in the warmer there is an order that could possibly be mine, but he had looked at it and said nothing. 20 minutes passed and a different worker comes out and asks for my name, low and behold, he grabs out the order I had thought was mine. It had been sitting the whole time. I get it, accidents happen, these were the BBQ boneless wings I recieved. Kind of pathetic to say the least. The pizza wasn't much better.

Order meat pizza had about 5 pepperoni on it no ham or beef but sausage very little cheese, the stuff bread pepperoni was excellent. Pizza was horrible and I spent 25.00 and waited about 40 minutes

This review is not a reflection of the food I was provided. More so to speak up for the treatment of a Hungry Howies employee by the name is Jaden by a very rude customer. 9/15/24 around 6pm it was very busy in the small store and Jaden was trying to correct a order for an unhappy customer upon giving the rude customer the corrected food she quickly inspected it and was upset that her order was still incorrect. Understandably she had a right to be upset. However she did not have a right to BELITTLE Jaden and call him names!!! That was not right she said very hurtful things to Jaden and he just took it. Jaden handled the customer very well by staying quiet and still he tried to please the customer by going above and beyond. And from my understanding Jaden was not the one who made the food so it truly was not his fault. Now I understand that there will always be rude customers but Jaden who appears to be very young I feel like should’ve been supported by his manager & team but no other hungry howies employee spoke up, stepped in, or did anything to try to rectify the situation. There is NO WAY Jaden should not have gotten some kind of support from his colleagues!!!!!! I am really hoping this review reaches the boss/supervisor/manager that needs to know about this situation and does something nice for Jaden as he really deserves it. Please run the cameras back and ban the rude customer from Hungry Howies & give Jaden a raise!!! Jaden if you reading this remember what I told you buddy YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB ??

We ordered 2 pizzas, a BBQ chicken and a build your own, as the receipt shows. Instead of the build your own, we got a Hawaiian pizza that no one in our home likes. We drove 30 minutes to pick up the pizza and didn't check the box until we got home because the receipt was correct. When I went to call the number to get our money back or get the situation corrected, the number on the receipt was out of order as well as the number listed on Google. We likely won't be returning.
