Called in for a deal they had 2 pizzas with 2 toppings. Had asked initially if it possible to put the two toppings on one pizza and none on the other. She said ok then at end she wanted to charge for the extra topping as one pizza had two toppings. !! So long story short she said that maybe she was not clear the first time around. And that if she did what we asked for then she will be gaming the system ( her words). We said from a product perspective it does not change a thing using the same amount of ingredients overall. We said just keep the way it is one topping on each and we will pick it ourselves and put it on the other pizza. Her attitude was rather ( I don’t carish ….). Surprised as we have used this place several times in the past and it has always been a great customer service. Anyhow we can look somewhere else for future orders.

It’s too bad that this is the only one that delivers to me because I love hungry howies and their food but their customer service at this spot isn’t too great when they mess up your order they act like it’s your fault and try to get around remaking the food or making anything better for you when I stayed in Battle Creek it was way better service it’s sad to say that this one isn’t the best to go to
Just was in there, The Cashier has horrible customer service skills, no greeting , unfriendly, says What alot I find that very offensive , she's very unaware of pricing her whole demeanor threw me off. My pizza barely had cheese on it, and I didn't get the crust topping I asked for.

It has great staff. Super friendly and quick.The location is easy to find and some room for parking.I ordered steak cheese mushroom oven baked sub. That was out of this world. Very delicious.There is no room to sit inside.Overall great experience.

Door Dash put our order on the concrete outside our apartment. I called the store and they corrected it immediately and it is very appreciated! Mainly because we didn't order ants as a topping on our pizza!!!? Thank you very much to the staff!
