Their delivery service is absolutely horrendous. Every time I order I clarify to call, in the 4 times I've ordered they've never read delivery notes. Absolutely no care for where the product is delivered

Ordered a 6 pack of their cookies at 7:14Pm through doordash my order did not arrive until 8:34pm when they arrived i was dissapointed with what arrived i ordered a smores, chocolate chunk, macadamia nut, double chocolate mint, caramel, and a blondie brownie. The caramel cookie chocolate mint and brownie were good but i did nkt receive my macadamia nut cookie instead i was given 2 very dissapointing chocolate chip cookied they were small and very hard the smores cookie was also very small and didnt really taste like anything if i did not have the doordash subscription this order would have costed $30 it was still $20 i am dissapointed and will not be buying again crumble is better

Terrible experience with late night order and delivery. Cookies were hard and cold, worst insomnia cookies I've ever had. The driver whom delivered my cookies did not follow drop off instructions. Definitely didn't deserve a tip.

I love this place, warm welcoming staff and amazing cookies. They’re always friendly when I come in and I had a postmates delivery order stolen from the driver (boooo Samuel you suck) and when I called insomnia they sent a replacement. Best cookies in town too 🤩 yum

the cookies are delicious, i tried chocolate chip, chocolate mint and salted caramel and, trust me, try the salted caramel one. the outside is crispy and buttery while the inside is soft, caramel-y and chewy with the perfect amount of salt. all cookies were nice and warm. the lady also gave me a free cookie because it was my birthday ;)

If I could give zero stars I would. The management here is awful. They do not give you the shifts you want, and the new manager sucks. QUIT WHILE YOU CAN THEY WILL CUT YOUR HOURS if you tell them what days you want off and it doesn’t work for them. Only two people working in the back and trying to run a business off that. NO THANK YOU!

First time visiting, evening of 9/2. . The customer service was top notch. They took the time to answer all my questions, very politely. We tried cookies and brookies- they were delicious. As with everything these days, it was pricey but worth it. We had great food and great service. I'd choose Insomnia over crumbl any day.
