The young lady I dealt with made me feel very rushed and was rude, its Thursday June 25th 2025. And she had a pony tail and glasses. I rarely leave reviews but this was my first visit and I had questions and she huffed and puffed after everyone. I watched her handle 2 customers prior and she smiled with both and told them have a nice day. I received neither, I won't be returning to this location.

I was told that they “couldn’t serve ice cream if they had already washed their spoon”. They still had 10-15 minutes before they were due to close. In that case they may as well said that they were already closed.

First time ever getting insomnia cookies. I wa very excited to try them! The tall, blonde, curly hair guy that was there was very rude and unapproachable. Clearly, he didn't like his job or people. The cookies were nothing better than packaged cookies for the store.
