the cookies are delicious, i tried chocolate chip, chocolate mint and salted caramel and, trust me, try the salted caramel one. the outside is crispy and buttery while the inside is soft, caramel-y and chewy with the perfect amount of salt. all cookies were nice and warm. the lady also gave me a free cookie because it was my birthday ;)

If I could give zero stars I would. The management here is awful. They do not give you the shifts you want, and the new manager sucks. QUIT WHILE YOU CAN THEY WILL CUT YOUR HOURS if you tell them what days you want off and it doesn’t work for them. Only two people working in the back and trying to run a business off that. NO THANK YOU!

First time visiting, evening of 9/2. . The customer service was top notch. They took the time to answer all my questions, very politely. We tried cookies and brookies- they were delicious. As with everything these days, it was pricey but worth it. We had great food and great service. I'd choose Insomnia over crumbl any day.

The young lady I dealt with made me feel very rushed and was rude, its Thursday June 25th 2025. And she had a pony tail and glasses. I rarely leave reviews but this was my first visit and I had questions and she huffed and puffed after everyone. I watched her handle 2 customers prior and she smiled with both and told them have a nice day. I received neither, I won't be returning to this location.
I was told that they “couldn’t serve ice cream if they had already washed their spoon”. They still had 10-15 minutes before they were due to close. In that case they may as well said that they were already closed.
