First time ever getting insomnia cookies. I wa very excited to try them! The tall, blonde, curly hair guy that was there was very rude and unapproachable. Clearly, he didn't like his job or people. The cookies were nothing better than packaged cookies for the store.

Cookies are tasty, but very expensive and probably similar quality as the grocery store. I had to choose between this place and Crumbl cookies and chose insomnia because it was closer. next time I will go to Crumbl for a fancy cookie. On the plus side, the gluten free sprinkle cookie was really good.

The cookies are amazing. The service was a little slow. The employee was doing something in the fridge or something in the back and looked at us at 3 times and kept going back to what he was doing before he waited on us.
