the cookies are delicious, i tried chocolate chip, chocolate mint and salted caramel and, trust me, try the salted caramel one. the outside is crispy and buttery while the inside is soft, caramel-y and chewy with the perfect amount of salt.
all cookies were nice and warm.
the lady also gave me a free cookie because it was my birthday ;)

First time visiting, evening of 9/2. . The customer service was top notch. They took the time to answer all my questions, very politely. We tried cookies and brookies- they were delicious. As with everything these days, it was pricey but worth it. We had great food and great service. I'd choose Insomnia over crumbl any day.

I have to tell Makyla and the Insomnia Cooki family thank 🥰. As a traveler from Indiana, the service and courtesy was phenomenal. Just because of her, I will make the 2.5hr drive from my city just to support Insomnia. I was truly blessed today...Thank you!!
