Went for our first time. Friendly waitress and good food. Hubby had a delicious pizza and I had a salad with chicken wings.

My wife and I both are fans of thin crust pizza. We were looking forward to trying Jac's pizza because there are few pizza restaurants that offer or specialize thin crust. The restaurant was fairly busy but we were surprised when it took about 45 minutes for our pizza to arrive at our table and it appeared more than a little overdone...we lifted a piece and it was pretty much black..an immediate disappointment...our server was a little defensive about its condition but did agree to have it redone. The replacement arrived in about 20 minutes and while dark brown on the crust, it was a definite improvement with no black. The crust turned out to be amazingly tough, you could not cut the crust with a fork, a knife was necessary. We ordered a "special" that had cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers and mushrooms. There did not seem to be sauce, but upon lifting the cheese a slight sauce residue was visible. We are older and in our long life we have eaten a lot of pizza. Both of us thought that this was probably one of the worst....ever. The crust while thin was very chewy. The sauce was not a factor...there was either too little of it or it lacked seasoning. There was a normal amount of pepperoni, but only about one piece of Italian sausage on some of the slices. I could go on, but my wife and I urge you to avoid the pizza. During our lengthy waiting time we observed a number of entrees go by that looked interesting. So while we will not return for pizza, we may return to check out other items on their fairly lengthy menu. Our server was friendly and handled the situation well.

So many choices!! We stopped in during lent and was pleased to see they had highlighted Lenten options- walleye and fish and chips were our choices. The walleye was lightly dusted with flour and I think cornmeal'. Then gently pan fried. It was delicious! Served with fries and tarter sauce. The cod was crispy beer battered and moist and flaky inside. It was a big portion with three filets and a monster mound of fries. These fish and chips are just what you think of when you think of good fish and chips! Crunchy on the outside and tender fish on the inside: We'll go back to try their pizza and a selection of dips! There's just too many good options for just one visit!

This location consistently has awful customer service. I ordered curbside for 4pm (before the dinner rush)... arrived on time, followed the directions and called the store to let them know I had arrived. The gal on the phone was pleasant and said they'd be right out. 4:15 rolled around, I called again and they said they'd be right out. I understand restaurants are short staffed and I offered to come in and pick up the order - the gal assured me someone would be right out. 4:30 and still nothing - so I go inside to pick up the order and the bartender was extremely rude, short and pissed off I had come in to get the order. On top of that - the two pizza's were COLD. The quality of their food has gone down over the last year. This was the last time I'll order from that location. Their pizza is too expensive to be treated like that. I was very disappointed as a loyal customer to Jac's.

Fun environment, great place to watch games! Good service and fair drink prices. We were visiting from out of town and this place was close to where we were staying. I'm happy we checked it out!

The food is good. I’d order for takeout all day long. The in-house service is just not good. Bartender could barely be bothered to ask what I wanted to drink let alone eat. So irritating.

Poor Manager and service. No accountability or apology. Waste of money and will never order here again. 2nd Time it's happened. Fool me once ok... but not twice. The quality has gone down over the last two months. Of course this is not the Portage location, the stadium location whoever this female manager is... is now terrible.
