Jac's Cekola's Pizza - Kalamazoo

One of my favorite places to stop in! The food is always good, the drinks are always delicious, and a huge part of why we come back is because Hannah is our bartender. She’s so friendly, fun to talk to, and always makes our drinks just right. It feels like you’re being taken care of by a friend when she’s behind the bar. If you go, definitely sit with Hannah — she makes the whole experience that much better!

Our waiter was nice. The kitchen messed up both of our orders. No chicken in my chicken fajita wrap and no sauce or dip on my friend’s Beef Dip. The manager wouldn’t talk to us and would not replace the meal and they would only give me 50% off of my wrap. I was disappointed because I didn’t even eat the thing once I realized it had no chicken and was just cheese and jalapeno. I have had multiple bad experiences here, but this is my last time ever attempting to go to Jacks for any kind of food. If you want to drink though, it’s a great place full of drunk people.

The internet (and wifi) we're down, it was the UofM - Michigan State game, they were super busy, our server waited on us, an 18 top, and another table that was probably close to 20 people at the same time.
Despite them being absolutely slammed with orders, and having to handwrite each and every credit and debit card transaction, the waitstaff handled it very well, and the kitchen knocked it out of the park.
I spent 25 years in the restaurant business and rarely did I see chaos handled quite so well.

Love getting a take out pizza coming home and having hair in it.

The family friendly comfort food, build your own salad, and cocktails were great. The mac and cheese pizza is delicious!

Hot honey chicken sandwhich used to be the best. Now its trash 95% of the time. Last 5 were disgusting. Chicken is always chewy now and the breading is burnt most of the time. Ill never be back.

Nice sports bar. Nothing too special about it but a great place to catch a game. The food is your typical bar style food at a decent price. Nothing really stood out but I would visit again.

Excellent food, nicely priced. Wait staff was excellent and friendly. For as full as the parking lot was, I was expecting a line, but there was no waiting.

Had a street corn pizza that was on special. EVERYTHING was perfect! Fast & friendly service, we thought it had a perfect thickness crust - not cracker thin & crunchy, but significantly thinner than standard “hand tossed”.Flavors spot on! Way to go!

Alex was nice in the beginning but as our food came out & a few things were wrong she started to become mean, it was clear she had an attitude. She huffed & puffed when she thought our bill was all together & we asked for it separate. And when we needed anything afterwards. I’m not tipping to a rude server , if you hate your job … quit.
