Jac's Cekola's Pizza - Kalamazoo

Went there for a party recently and tried many types of foods that were all really good. Could not believe how good their pizza is!! It was all great. Will definitely go back

Place is huge!! Tons of TV’s! Great place to watch a game!!

Great place to meet up with family / friends. Love the pizza and the potato boats!! The wait staff are always helpful and friendly!

This place offers a brunch buffet for special events, (Easter, Mother’s Day) DO IT! Best food offerings with a wide range for all ages.

Food was disappointing! Small, dry burger, zero flavor, extra charge for BBQ sauce. Salad was okay, but avocado was nasty.

Wait all day to order dinner for the family after work, got everyone's order hours ago from their online menu.... and they said they don't have what's online on their web site they said it's wrong we don't have those anymore! Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience now nobody has food when they get home from school and work as I told them. Sure I can go elsewhere (for life) but this is horrible service! Advertising food you don't have? Really???

Always busy sports bar and restaurant run by local Italian family. Pizza is unique (very thin crust) snd outstanding. Huge drink selection

Be realistic and honest about the wait time. My group was told about 30 minutes. We waited an hour and when we went to the hostess to check in, she didn’t know how long it would be anymore. Communication/service was subpar at best.

Need to do better! Told a party of 7 + 3 in high chairs a 30 minute wait. Ok no problem, I understand that it’s Friday night and it is busy. 30 minutes goes by, everyone coming in behind us gets seated (even some groups of 5-7). 45 minutes go by, no table, no communication. Nothing. Then an hour goes by still nothing. Go up to ask how long. “Well I don’t have table available” and “I really have no idea how long it will be”. I know it’s a busy night… but communicate and be realistic and tell us up front that it could be an hour plus, because you do not know. Not impressed!

Well, this is my first time Jac’s pizza and we ordered the Jac’s pizza. The toppings were good, but the crust was not good at all, oily and greasy, and terribly hard to cut. I’m not sure I’ll be back unless they give me a coupon for a free pizza

We accidentally drove to this jacks instead of the other one in porange but they were still kind and helped us figure out where we were going

Very frustrating when you go to the restaurant and they have tables reserved for people over an hour prior to their time. No one to help you at the front. They have plenty of high top tables but unfortunately do not have the high top high chairs (hence why I can’t sit there when I go out with my family with my 1.5 year old). Very disappointing.
