Update to reply from owner..... No money back yet. Credit dispute initiated already. No one reached out, no one answers phone when called and again NO refund for order.
Ordered sandwiches went to pick up and they hadn't started them. They filled 4+ orders while I stood there waiting for my food over 25 minutes past my ready time. Then informed me they ran out of my bread. I filed complaint to get refunded and manager promised gift card to compensate my order. 3 weeks later no giftcard and he no longer works there. New manager and owner wouldn't refund me. Shouldn't take 2 months and no refund yet.

We did an online order, pickup was at 7:25 p.m... no cups, no straws, no napkins, no sweet tea, no tea at all... looking like only one person is running it. It was dirty there, sorry but we travel all over and this was horrible service! Not coming back... even left a tip but it wasn't worth it... wish we would have read the reviews before we ordered through the App... not good

I feel like door dash orders are not prioritized. As a dasher and customer both for delivery, dine in and pickup. On and off shift I see a lot of frustration for drivers. This should be a team effort that includes the drivers, Unfortunately that's not the case. They seem frustrated to see drivers and make a long wait time. I understand getting people out of the store but others that are not in the store have plans, obligations etc. The staff are nice in a careless way.

Just trying to pick up a door dash order it was supose to be done by 7pm they skipped perepairung it because there were people in line totally disrespectful to my customer and my time orders should be prepared in the order they are received

Went in Monday 5/6 at 11:30. Stood waiting to order without being acknowledged for a solid five minutes before walking out, behind a woman that appeared like she had not been acknowledged either. During this time the man slicing put cheese on two regular sized subs while two other employees milled around and another finished hot subs. I typically get sandwiches here a couple times a week but the service has been steadily going downhill. I don’t leave reviews and look the other way with a lot that goes on in this location but this was a really poor showing. I will happily go out of my way to Jersey Giant if this continues.
