15+ minutes wait times on almost every single doordash order needs to stop. You're costing dashers money. Orders need to be started when they come through, not when the dasher arrives at the store.

Both my Jets 8 count Detroit style three meat pizza (sausage,pepperoni and bacon) were burnt. I spent 38 dollars on total trash.
*Update: The store called me and apologized which I absolutely loved. I was able to replace my pizza free of charge. My new pizza only half of the pizza was dark. Not burnt but darker. With that I changed my rating from two to three. Maybe the oven needs to be recalibrated or cleaned but they are trying that’s all that matters!

Love my Jets, they always deliver on the best pizza in town. The options are all great choices, and I don't think there has been a single thing I wouldn't recommend. Whenever me and my friends get together for a game or some other gathering, we get Jets.
