What ever happened to the customer is always right, did that go out the window with keep up with the flow of traffic. I went to the Jimmy John's at whites road and Westnedge. I had used a perk that they sent to my app profile for a wrap for my wife when I ordered, I took it as I was getting $6 and changed off our order, but the app said they took off $2 and change for a $9 wrap that wa new food, well that manager who didn't have a clue about the coupon proceeded to argue with me at the drive in window, and finally I just drove away. I wont be back either.

I'm so pleased with the service I received today from this store! Story time: An Uber delivery driver cancelled my order after picking up the food. I have ALL the screenshots showing and confirmation from Uber. The store was so very kind to go out of their way to send a replacement order which arrive very quickly. Thank you guys so much for the kindness and excellent service! I'll definitely be ordering here again, perhaps in person next time :). You really can't find this kind of service anywhere now and days so huge props to your team for everything you do!

Food is usually consistent, however delivery, is atrocious. 2 weeks ago I waited over an hour and thought I'd give them another chance today. Going on 45 minutes without an update since telling me my order was received. One thing if you reach out to notify of a delay, but repeated poor delivery service with no communication is unacceptable.

Thought i could order a quick lunch and it never arrived. Called the guys goes its on its way. We only had one driver. I hour later still no food and the system says it was delivered. so what 7-10 days to get my money back and no lunch. Worst part i ordered at 2p its now 3;40 and i get off work in like 30min. So what a waste of my time. STILL HUNGRY and this is not the first time. So i will not be ordering from you ALL ANYMORE. I am 6 minutes from the store.
