Food took 40 minutes to deliver. Driver had the audacity to ask why I didn't tip and corporate was supposed to call me weeks ago. I've called many times and nothing. Trash!

Me & my colleague had a great time here. I ordered the #17 (Country Porker, ham and bacon) on country wheat and let me just say, it didn’t disappoint. Shout out to our order taker, Carter, an amazingly cool guy (hint, he deserves a raise!)

Worst service ever been a member with them for years. I don’t know if they got new people working there or what but they are so rude and ugly and unprofessional . I spent $45 dollars September 3 with these people and they gave me bread that was hard as a rock, and then they have a nerve to wanna get snappy and lippy with me and they want to give me a discount on my next order like I’d ever ordered from them again This new generation of workers is screwing up the food industry I’m surprise this Jimmy John’s isn’t shut down they never have drivers never have workers people quit every day there I don’t even know why they’re not shut down yet they had the worst service ever to certain people they treat differently

If you are a sport team visiting campus don't go to this location.Got the food an hour late, the girls didn't get to eat before their second match. Called several time to know of we could just pick it up and they kept saying that it was on the way.

Literally not “freaky fast” delivery anymore. I can completely understand not having enough drivers but the managers response to my order being out for nearly an hour was “okay well he’s in route”. For an hour? With a sub that’s loaded with dressing?Needless to say I got a refund on my order but the manager is not a very friendly person at all. He’s clearly doing the bare minimum. Good management equals good employees. I wouldn’t be rushing anywhere for him either. When I worked in management and we were short staffed we jumped on the road ourselves. Just a suggestion :)On the other hand, the driver and female working at the front were great!
