So we love jimmy johns and normally it’s great from this location! But we just got our delivery (1/13/21 about 6:30pm) and there was practically nothing on our sandwiches except for a pile of lettuce in my unwich... not making a very good unwich. We had also ordered add ons to our sandwiches like mustard and mine had none. He ordered extra pickles and had maybe two pickles. Not sure what happened tonight, but it was disappointing.

Never order your food from here. Multiple times have my roommate and I ordered subs from here. Every time we have had to wait over a hour for some subs. Even when we order something that is supposed to be hot it comes cold. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. We tried to call the Jimmy Johns where our call never got picked up. We then tried to call again where the person working couldn't even tell us when we were going to get out food after an hour. Eventually when our food left the person driving couldn't even find where we ordered the food. I had to get in my car and drive to go get the food that I ordered. Every time I have a bad experience trying to work with this place. Would not recommend to anyone trying to get "freaky fast delivery."

Expect your order to be wrong. I have received THREE delivery orders in a row that were completely wrong. When I called the last time to tell the manger, he was so condescending. He did not offer to send me another sandwich made correctly or a bag of chips to compensate. I drove up to the store to show them my sandwich was made incorrectly and their manger did not come up and apologize. I was not offered anything and I am extremely frustrated with them. GO TO ANY OTHER JIMMY JOHNS IN KALAMAZOO.

Ordered food got home started eating and there was a TON of HAIR In my sandwich ! As of someone scratched their head and continued to make my sandwich ! Very dis satisfied and will never eat here again !!!

I ordered delivery to the West Michigan Cancer Center as I was awaiting my Oncology appointment and spent $40.00 on food alone as well as a 10% tip for the driver. The driver arrived, did not say one word to me, handed me the box and walked away. I asked for napkins to cover my $40.00 worth of food...they gave me ONE napkin. I called and spoke with Blake...no apologizes, no "what can I do to make this up"...Blake's solution, "we can bring more napkins, if you want." I've ordered from this location several times throughout my cancer treatment...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Jimmy John's is supposed to be something I can deliver knowing that it will come fast. I have been waiting for 2 and a half hours for a delivery. Last time I called, they said they had to remake my sandwiches, and they will get them out to me "after they take care of current deliveries". You would think the customer that has been waiting so long is your first priority. If they would have warned me about how long it was going to take it would've been understandable. Currently, their phones are all busy and I can't even get in contact to see if it's still coming. This was by far the most annoying delivery experience I've ever encountered.

Jimmy John's was yummy, it didn't deliver as freaky fast as I expected but it tasted just as good as any other Jimmy John's. I would order from here again, just earlier than I normally would due to wait time.

Ordered a sandwich, no mayo, no tomato. I was the only customer in the building and they screwed that up. I understand that "freaky fast" is their thing, but it's no longer crazy fast when you don't get the order right the first time.
