There’s nothing “freaky fast” about the delivery from this location. My office is 4 minutes from the restaurant, but it consistently takes about 45 minutes for delivery. It’s not like it used to be.
When I FINALLY got my food, my sandwich was soggy. Bummer. I love JJs, but if it continues like this, this location will lose my business.
My last visit might have been my best visit to Jimmy Johns. I've always had good service but my last visit was especially great. It might have been the friendliest service I've received anywhere this year. Additionally, my sub was packed with ingredients. I could've easily eaten half of the sandwich and been full for hours, but I couldn't stop eating it.

I ordered the #1, little John style with no tomato. Fantastic sandwich, fast service, and the workers are excellent. The raspberry iced tea is some of the best I’ve had from a restaurant.

Nothing wrong with the sandwiches, but service was SLOW. It took over 30 minutes to receive my sandwich. There were 3 others ahead of me, but the majority of staff seemed to be filling a large order (box with 12+ sandwiches). With delivery and online orders it took much longer than expected with a relatively empty lobby. Freaky fast? Not so much.
Not giving this JJ my business anymore. All the others in the area I’ve been to participate in the free meal deal after 2pm but for some reason this one doesn’t.

I placed an order and several things went wrong with my order they didn't pay attention to. I've never had a problem from this location and I appreciate them trying to make it right, but when I have to make two calls in a row...I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. I get yeah we all make mistakes but several in one order??? Plus I tipped 20%. This is what you get paid to do and customers expect to receive what they paid for.
