Dare to not say Silent

DYLAN MULLET THE MANAGER was very rude to me on the phone. had an attitude the Whole time and when I said something called me a B word and hung up on me. I had to call back to ask for his name. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS?! HORRIBLE!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT HIM FIRED!!

I ordered online (Via Uber Eats). I received confirmation that my order has been received and is being prepared. ETA for delivery was 10:00-10:10. Twenty minutes after the ETA I attempted to call the store for an update. The store closes at 10:00pm. There is nobody there to answer my call at 10:20 to inquire where my order is. This order was paid, with an above average delivery tip. Yet, I have no food and nobody to follow up with.

I don't do fast food, circumstances, and the peeps I was with dictated the need. WELL THEN, who got schooled? I don't know about the rest, but I'd definitely visit this location again. A full parking lot and lobby is always a good barometer, this location had both!

Horrible !They made my sandwich wrong,After I called they said they were crediting the account with my phone number on itWhen I called back 2 days later to get my sandwich,No one including two managers on duty knew what I was talking about, and were unwilling to help me.They made me feel as if I was doing something wrong even though I was being kind and courteous throughout the conversation. Unacceptable behavior! This is just one of the many times they have not made my sandwich right or messed up my over $50 order!

Delivered a sandwich to me yesterday but today, they don't deliver to my area, never encountered as much racism as I have with jimmy John's with any other restaurant or business. They should have in their ads " not interested in delivering to black neighborhoods even if they are 0.5miles away. Can anyone direct me to sandwich shop that's not openly racist.

Delivery hasn't been consistently available for MONTHS! "No weekends, some weekdays" what?! The online ordering says no S&V chips. They're readily available when we walked in to pick up our order. We live right around the corner and notice this location has gone considerably downhill.

I went through the drive-thru, came home, and found I had the wrong item. I called the store back and the person I spoke with did not offer so much as an apology, and said I could bring the receipt in and they would re-make it for me. I told him I was not given a receipt. Supposedly this was the store manager, Steve, and he told me they could not give me the correct item because I did not have a receipt, which he said is ALWAYS stapled to the bag. I told him there was no receipt stapled to the bag at all. I told him I didn't feel that was fair because it wasn't my fault someone made a mistake and gave me the wrong sandwich and didn't give me a receipt. . He said it was their corporate policy to only replace something with a receipt and only what was on the receipt. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the store manager. I then asked to speak to the store owner and he said I could not. I asked to leave a message to have the owner call me back and he said no. . He then said I was yelling at him, which I was not. I explained I was talking emphatically because he kept telling me the receipt was stapled to bag and it was not, which was basically accusing me of lying and he was being condescending. I also told him he was the one yelling at me and talking over me and not listening. He then hung up on me. I looked in the bag again and found a greasy receipt INSIDE the bag, which showed the order had been rung up wrong. I then called a different location and asked to speak to the manager there. Her name was Abby. She called the other store and got me a credit for the sandwich and said I could go back and pick up the correctly made sandwich. She was absolutely pleasant and did an excellent job. I really wish she was the manager of the store in my neighborhood. I then had to drive back and they replaced the sandwich. The person that made the sandwich was really nice too. This was absolutely a ridiculous reaction by someone who is supposedly at a management level, and clearly should not be. . I'm sure an error like this occurs from time to time, and all he needed to do was replace the sandwich and offer an apology. It was quite a hassle for Turkey sandwich, and I hope Steve gets big ole lump of coal this year
