Manager refused a delivery because I wanted to pay cash and it’s above $40, my order wasn’t even $50, don’t imply your customers are thieves that comes off super trashy. Sad because I actually used to buy from them for YEARS, now I gotta find a new sub spot I like, jersey mikes give me some coupons.

I live across the street and have been frequenting this location lately. The employees are always so kind and welcoming. Tonight’s visit was worth writing a review about. I ordered a BLT for pickup and immediately left my house since they’re usually freaky fast. I got there and they had ran out of bacon. (Hey that’s okay, who doesn’t love bacon.) They informed me they were getting a bacon delivery shortly but I could order something else if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait, not even 2 minutes later the guy delivering the bacon was running Olympic speed into the building. I witnessed a freaky fast commercial live. 20 million gold stars. I wish I would have got their names because the service was top tier. Thank you guys again!

Their service is slow and the delivery driver is very rude, along with the managers. It's a shame that corporate won't even return my calls.

Waited 36 minutes for a delivery and the driver had the nerve to ask me for a tip. Trash service and I will never go here again. If I see the driver, I stand on business. And the bread was hard. I've had them deliver many times and all wad good, but this experience was the worse. The driver is nothing but a bitxh to ask me for a tip after telling me that he went all the way across town for one order that took 30 minutes.

Just stopped for lunch food was great and the staffs friendly greeting and additude made the visit memorable. Great guest service. Was acknowledged and welcomed the second I walked through the door.
Well today I ordered Jimmy John’s on stadium dr. I ordered 2 combos (bbq chips and a medium and large drink) all for delivery ($40 worth including the $5 tip for the driver) delivery showed up and all they delivered was the sandwiches and 2 medium drinks. So immediately I called the store to tell them of the problem, and the gentleman that took the call said “oh, well our in store is busy can my manager call you back” my response was “yes and no” to which the reply was “ my manager can refund you or give you a gift card” neither of those options got chips that I already paid for to my house. So I sent my boyfriend to go pick up what was missing. When my boyfriend arrived there we 3 customers in the lobby (not as busy as I thought) since the chips were behind the counter the worker had to grab them not only did he repeat was was on the receipt correctly but still handed out the wrong chips instead of getting 2 bbq we got one regular and one bbq. This is my normal store to order from and as a loyal customer I am very disappointed with how the store handled this situation today.

I called to place an order 2, 16” subs I got a 16” and a 8” Than went to buy another 8” and they gave me a Slim. They don’t listen!!! Food was good as always, Staff just needs to pay more

I placed an online order at 1:23pm. I walked into the store at 1:33pm and checked in with staff. At 1:45pm, the same staff member asked me if I was waiting for an order. I eventually received my order at 1:55pm. They made two sandwiches in the meantime and there were two customers already eating. This took my entire lunch break just waiting, let alone try to eat. Not freaky fast, terrible service.
