Last Friday night, I went to pick up my order and Gabe was so kind and had such an amazing attitude! He is truly a role model of what great and truth customer service means! Such a good and genuine person representing Jimmy John’s! It’s not often that you find people like him making the world better! Will keep coming back to the Gull Road location!

I called the store to ask for one of the managers (talked to Gave) because they made our night. They put a little extra love into their customer service (and the sandwiches were great) and it is the reason that we’ll be coming back. This place is lucky to have such cool staff.

A few days ago, I went to pick up a pre-placed order for a lunch meeting. When I arrived, we discovered it was placed for the wrong day. Before I could even worry, the staff said no problem! Give us 15 minutes and we’ll knock it out for you. I was so relieved! They treated me so kindly even though there was an error. I really appreciated it.

Tried one of the new wraps, the jalapeno ranch chicken, it was delicious! I have never said Jimmy John's and delicious in the same sentence before today. To me the subs are over priced and just a cold sandwich - nothing special. The wrap, still a little pricey, but very good! Would highly recommend.

This place is a hit or miss honestly, their subs are made kinda sloppy depending on who makes it but for the most part some of the workers give u attitude for absolutely no reason like I remember coming in 15 minutes before closing and I was ordering for a group of 4 and I pulled up this blonde hair girl gave me the dirtiest look and barely even spoke to us, and the whole interaction was just weird and definitely not the type of customer service experience they so call to have.
