Where’s the Turkey, Tom? Came in on 10/15/25 at 5:26pm, (Chk # 165). Ordered a “Turkey Tom”. After waiting way too long I finally asked the young kid at the counter if they had lost my order. He said, “Yes” and walked away. No explanation, no apology. I waited another 10 minutes and was handed a wrapped sub. When I opened it I found I had paid for what looked like a long hot dog bun with almost nothing in it. I’m done with this Jimmy John’s. I don’t pay this much money to be given a stick of bread with barely a shred of meat in it. Don’t bother responding to this review with your canned “please reach out our team so that we may contact the owner…” Everything you need to know is right here. Do better.

Ordered a chicken wrap around 915 at night at this location. I ate 1/2 the wrap and discovered a long hair sticking out the other half. They were closed when i noticed this so I called them the next day around 4pm and a man named James said they couldn’t give out refunds from the day prior and i could only receive a credit. Obviously i don’t want to eat there again.
The food was good it’s just the drinks tasted really bad. They didn’t taste right.

Last Friday night, I went to pick up my order and Gabe was so kind and had such an amazing attitude! He is truly a role model of what great and truth customer service means! Such a good and genuine person representing Jimmy John’s! It’s not often that you find people like him making the world better! Will keep coming back to the Gull Road location!
