A few days ago, I went to pick up a pre-placed order for a lunch meeting. When I arrived, we discovered it was placed for the wrong day. Before I could even worry, the staff said no problem! Give us 15 minutes and we’ll knock it out for you. I was so relieved! They treated me so kindly even though there was an error. I really appreciated it.

Tried one of the new wraps, the jalapeno ranch chicken, it was delicious! I have never said Jimmy John's and delicious in the same sentence before today. To me the subs are over priced and just a cold sandwich - nothing special. The wrap, still a little pricey, but very good! Would highly recommend.

This place is a hit or miss honestly, their subs are made kinda sloppy depending on who makes it but for the most part some of the workers give u attitude for absolutely no reason like I remember coming in 15 minutes before closing and I was ordering for a group of 4 and I pulled up this blonde hair girl gave me the dirtiest look and barely even spoke to us, and the whole interaction was just weird and definitely not the type of customer service experience they so call to have.

Sandwiches are generally excellent from here, so no real qualms about the quality of the food. I normally go through the drive-through. I can tell you for certain I'm not 'feakin' about how fast they are - I'm more about to 'freak out' about how slow they are.In regards to delivery, this is really where my issue lies, and it's not specific to this location. My sandwich with tax = $7.59. Fees and a 20% tip = $7.10. So if I have the sandwich delivered, it's an almost $15 sandwich instead of less than $8. I see there is a 'delivery fee' as well as a 'service fee' which they claim, 'helps them operate their delivery service' - well then what is the delivery fee for? The driver? Then what is the tip for? I would be ordering left and right for delivery if the sandwich wasn't double the cost just to have it delivered. 50% markup for delivery? Okay, I would pay $10-$11. But 100% markup? No way - and I'm not going to stiff the driver on a tip either. Too bad.

With excellent staff, great food, and quality free smells, how can you go wrong with this Jimmy John's? I love how friendly, professional, and fast the employees are. They work hard with a smile and don't seem to miss a beat.The location is in a strip mall on a popular stretch of Gull Road on Kalamazoo's far east end. Options nearby for fun include bowling and recreational parks, and its within walking distance of many other local businesses.The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because I'd like to see some hot sandwich options!

Always love JJs food and it's a special treat when I get to pick some up. I hate going in 45 mins or less before closing because I know everyone is trying to clean up and go home but I came in late today with a friend who had never been before. The team was exceptional and had great, fun attitudes while making our sandwiches and answering my friend's questions. Super grateful for their positivity so late in the evening! Kudos to everyone working tonight ?
