My wife and I come here every time we visit our son at WMU. It is a fun atmosphere, and even when it is busy, it is not crazy and there are plenty of places to sit or hang out. We have only seen the stock market crash once, but still, the concept is fun and we typically try a few different taps. This will be s pot we continue to visit in K-Zoo. We have never tried the food, but it looks good!
This is definitely a bar, not a restaurant. The food was good. The staff was awesome. It’s pretty loud., so conversation is tough. It’s also very odd that you can’t taste any of their beers without buying a 6 ounce glass. I wouldn’t mind paying for taste, but it seems reasonable for them to create “Flight” of three or four for 10 or 12 box. Although you would be getting the same quantity in the end, you at least get to try different things.
This place is amazing! Such a fun time and a great vibe. The people running the show here are running a tight ship. Jade is absolutely the best bartender in all of Kalamazoo. If you get lucky enough to go there on a night that Jade is behind the bar be sure to have her make you a martini. You can tell that she cares about providing the best customer service possible.
