Shout out to Lorena serving up great, hot, healthy food on a very cold day! Had the "Standard" with blue cheese, and coffee. Awesome!

I hadn't even realized there was a crepe place in Kalamazoo. That was until I was wondering around downtown one day. I love crepes! I've literally had them from around the world! So I had to give it a try. The crepe maker who was so happy to tell us about each and every crepe. Also allowed us to sample some of the spreads on an apple slice. Although I really love savory cramps, I didn't mind having a sweet one. The sweet hazelnut spread that I was able to sample them apple slice. Caught my attention and I knew I had to have that one! So we got to watch the cool process of the crepes being made. Meanwhile quite the line was growing behind us as well. Lots of people were talking about their favorite crepes. Apparently a lot of people knew about this place and one of their break stops. My crepe was sweet indeed. I loved that it was sweet not too overpowering, but you knew it wasn't savory lol the only complaint I have, is the lack of filling for the price. I've read that other people have experienced this with their encounters as well. Hopefully this will be remedied because I'd like to come back.

Overpriced and underwhelmed! Spent way too much on a crepe that barely had any filling, what you ended up eating was mostly the dry buckwheat crepe. We ordered the most popular item according to the worker and they still had to run to a local market to get an ingredient, ended up waiting about 20 mins for the crepe to be prepared. There was also an incident where I saw them being reminded by other customers about hygienic practices (hand washing), I was willing to let that slide, but was unimpressed with the overall taste and experience, I will not be returning, nor do I see this business lasting much longer.

I am ready to really love this place. Service was friendly and fast. I thought the price was very reasonable for real homemade food. I had the Short and Sassy, buckwheat crepe with fresh spinach and mozzarella, loaded with black pepper. The kick, mostly aftertaste, of the black pepper was great, but I felt something was missing. It needs a flavor jolt on the front side; sun-dried tomato, garlic, onion, olive, balsamic vinegar? Something. I get the feeling some of the other options are tastier. I will definitely be back.

Best cup of coffee in town, homeade hazelnut spread crepe and the pepper jelly+cheese crepes are my favorite

For the quantity and quality of food you are receiving, the price should be half of what it is.

Wanted a crepe until I walked by the stand and the employee was sitting on the counter with her butt and shoes in the same counter the food is prepped...walked right by...gross!!!!

Review left on Facebook. ... A little disappointed to stand outside at 9:30 am for 5 minutes while two employees ignored us. Facebook says you open at 9, but if that's not the case they could have said something! Then this business responded with a snarky, rude, condescending comment complete with poor grammar. See below: Congratulations you are 1st complaint! we actually do not currently have operating hours, the polar vortex froze and burst everything with water in it, however we have been in intermittently training a new employee and making sure equipment functions at speed before we announce a re-open with full hours for the public. To which customer responded... A little acknowledgement from the staff and possibly a note on the window would have been nice. We just passed your place, and there was a customer with an Uncommon Roasters cup in his hands, and a crepe on the skillet. So... This business has a lot to learn. Horrible customer service and defensive responses will cause failure before long. C'mon Kzoo Crepe Co, get it together! Oh and " Congratulations! First review and it's bad!"

Really tasty crepes and friendly staff- I loved the sweet cream-honey crepe I tried recently and will be going back to try some of their savory crepes too!
