I am a huge fan of KFC, and I am very loyal to KFC but this particular branch or store or whatever is the worst restaurant I have ever been to my food is always cold. They always have to make people wait for the simplest things that you would think would be up on a Saturday afternoon for instance, fries, customer service is horrible and inappropriate. There’s an older lady in there. , there’s a older lady in there that any time you asked for something extra like a napkin or some thing she gives you a huge attitude, rolls her eyes and walks away God for bid you ask for a manager acts the same way, but does it with the most irritated voice ever I don’t understand why this one is still open do yourself in your patient a favor and go to any other KFC within a 50 mile radius

If you are thinking about stopping here do yourself a favor and keep driving. I waited almost 20 minutes for my scheduled "quick pick up" order that KFC is advertising now. Once I finally got it, my food was cold. The staff was blaring loud music in the kitchen and acted like they wanted nothing to do with the place. Once they gave me my order there was no apology or anything said. I guess that level of customer service is just normal for them here. Like another reviewer said, do better.

Weighted 25 minutes to get my food so I assumed it would be fresh since your advertisement says made to order chicken sandwiches but no worst KFC ever nobody was really working they were just more hanging out than anything other people waited longer than I did for unfresh terrible food do better KFC without the customers you have no business

Went thru drive bout 1040 am ten mins after they opened so I could insure I had fresh hot chicken well I was told all they had was original recipe which I’m not a fan of but I got it a two piece meal with Mac cheese n biscuit the biscuit and orange soda was the only good part of meal the chicken was unusually dark and tasted like it had been fried in dirty burnt grease the Mac n cheese was hard n stiff I don’t knw if I’ll ever eat here again

Multiple occasions they have forgotten parts of our order that we we charged for. From a chocolate cake to honey for the biscuits. If you go here double check your order and be prepared they are rude as well.

Just placed16 Pc. order online there out breast so I asked just replace with strips they said they couldn't ??♀️ so let me get this right? ? Y'ALL DON'T have the breast so your not willing to exchange...ooh and no coleslaw can't exchange for macaroni eitherAgain THEIR OUT! there's a 60 order lost over chicken strips lol there's the raise money staff ask for GM'S !!!Do bettter!!! Oh she was a manager aprox 7:00 pm 5/29 Saturday they offered 20 min wait unfortunately its was delivery dident wanna inconvenience thrm too.

I originally started in the drive-through waited a couple minutes but nobody moved. So I went inside. Nobody at the front counter. Waited a couple minutes and yelled hello a couple times. Someone finally showed up. Ordered some chicken nuggets. When I got them they were Not fresh. They were warm but not hot and very dry. There was no barbecue sauce available . They only had 3 Sauces to choose from and all of them spicy. Or mustardy. It's been a while since I've been there. It's gonna be a while again before I go back if I do. I'm surprised they're still open.

The food was nasty my fries were so salty I couldn't eat them amd my chicken was really dry! And not hot our food was cold! The service was quick and the servers were polite. We didn't go inside so idk what the atmosphere was!

Got a bowl that really and truly looked as if the “popcorn chicken” had been chewed up and spit out into the bowl. It wasn’t pieces of chicken, it was stringy shreds. I kept thinking there’s no with someone could’ve done that but I could not eat the food. Chewed or not, something was obviously wrong and inedibly disgusting. I will honestly never order KFC again. The health department needs to be called.
Staff was unfriendly and said they were out of most everything.They had 2 staff members working and simply didn't want to prepare any food. There no KFC on the planet that should run out of chicken, especially on a weekend evening!!! I will not return to this location and it will be a long time before I even think about going back to any KFC.

Just Doordashed from here and they messed up every item. Worst part is, my friend's two spicy chicken sandwiches were replaced with 4 mini chicken sliders and a bunch of buffalo ranch packets.

02/28/2023, Used a coupon for a 10-piece bucket of chicken. Didn't notice till some time later there were only 8 but I was charged for all 10. No point going back since I can't prove any were missing. My word against theirs, I figure. But believe me, I'm never going back there.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru with my kid's just to listen to a female employee yelling cuss words threw the drive thru window and to get nasty food. Chicken was barley pieces of chicken cold and full of grease. I would not recommend KFC on gull Rd to anyone after my experience here tonight.I will drive out of my way to find another KFC that has good food and respectful employees.Called to speak to a manager and was told she stepped outside to call back in 5 minutes just for there phone to be off the hook. Great management skills and we pay these people's pay checks!!!

I sat in the drive thru waiting and waiting for someone to take my order, no one ever did, so i pulled up to the window, still couldnt get service. I went in the store, the manager was sitting in a booth with another person and the person behind the counter wouldnt make eye contact with me, so I said excuse me, the manager said I'll be with you after im done with this interview. So i wait and wait at the counter, the manager finally comes and asks me what I want, I said is the drive thru not open. She says it is, I was just to busy with the interview to help you, i said isnt helping the customer your job, and then she kicked me out. I was the only customer in the store. Obviously will never be back to the Gull road kfc
