Food was terrible every time I come to this place I never get good food maybe once. Other than that food is always horrible that I just feed it to my dogs it’s a waste of money coming to this restaurant every time today was the last straw y’all need new cooks or something for real disappointing!!

Got sick after eating a 12pc family meal. The bisquits were rocks and something wasnt right. Started to call the city health department. I would suggest a thorough inspection and cleaning.

Any longer westnedge in Kalamazoo is great good service and clean always friendly hot

When I ask you at the drivethru for a copy of the receipt because I need it for a work expense and you then assure me it's in the bag when it is in fact not, that then makes me have to do extra work or drive back there for a copy of the receipt. Lady just didn't want to have to go and actually print my receipt.

Food is always good, ordered delivery from here through DoorDash and they stole my food. Not fault of the restaurant, but still was a terrible experience. The restaurant was super nice about when I came and picked it up myself.
