I've never had an experience this bad before. But I ordered a sandwich over the phone. They said five minutes, I make it there in 7 minutes. They told me that they couldn't make my sandwich because they had just gotten a large order! So forget my sandwich!

I recently ate at the saline-Ann Arbor rd. Location in Ann Arbor. Both our hoagies were instantly ruined when they poured their “cheez-wiz” all over them….tasted like a gas station sandwich, yuck!

Food was pretty good, but as my boyfriend likes to say it was "nothing to write home about". We went late morning on a Sunday. None of the tables had been cleaned and the soda machine was malfunctioning so that it was overflowing with water; the whole rug and floor was soaked in front of it.

On Saturday, January 27th, my family visited Lefty's Cheesesteaks, Burgers, and Wings in Walled Lake, Michigan. We were in town for a cheerleading competition in Novi. Around 11:30 to 11:45, my family and I were seated, browsing the menu to decide what to order. After a minute or two, I noticed a gentleman leave the restaurant with his order, but he returned shortly after, expressing his dissatisfaction. He had ordered Cajun cheese fries but received chili cheese fries instead. The person who seemed to be the manager promptly apologized, realizing that he had mistakenly put the wrong fries in a bag intended for a DoorDash pickup. He rectified the mistake by giving the correct order to the customer and placing the returned fries back in the bag for the DoorDash driver. I questioned the manager, pointing out that he had simply re-bagged the fries instead of cooking new ones, as he claimed. I also mentioned that I had seen the customer open the bag earlier, which was why he knew the fries were chili cheese instead of Cajun. The DoorDash driver arrived, and the manager handed over the correct order. At this point, I mentioned that I had recorded the entire incident on camera. I confronted the manager, expressing my concern that he had given previously opened fries to another customer. His response was to call the store manager and inform him of the situation.

Took our son here for his first time. We couldn't stop talking about how amazing these sandwiches are all the way home to illinois!! We will definitely be return customers for life!!
