Got the wrong pizza. The Italian cheese bread seemed like it was made hours ago. Immediately called up to the store, no answer. Called back, was rudely told to “please hold”. It’s been 24 minutes on hold as I’m writing this review.
My husband drove the order back to the store. The manager remade the order (which is why you’re getting 3 stars for service- & losing 2 because I’m still on hold.)
Get it together at this location. It’s so inconsistent. We ordered here a few times a month & about 30% it’s a disaster..

Worst managed little ceasars. Literally watched manager tell people to clock out and go while she had no coverage. Her order screen was full. Person at the register told me 10 min I had been waiting for 10 already. As I do this review I have been waiting for 28 min Additional.

Ordered 3 crazy breads, received two at pick up. The guy behind the counter said nope, you only ordered two. I brought the food out to the car and double checked the receipt on the pizza box and brought it back in to show him (1) crazy bread and (2) crazy bread listed separately on the receipt. Guy grabbed a bread out of the heater and flipped it across the counter at me and walked away without saying a word. It’s fine to make a mistake but to be so rude about it is uncalled for.

There was no line I waited 40 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas and an order of crazy bread . The pizza and bread were both half done and doughy and didn’t have butter or parm on them which I paid for extra . when asked to remake it I had to wait another 30 minutes and it still didn’t have butter or parm on it .i was given attitude and everything. Every time I come here it take over an hour just to get my order right . This place is ridicules

Had a Dash for this place and waited for half an hour just so they could mix it up someone else's order then had to wait another half hour for them to remake it.
