We placed an order on the portal and arrived to pick it up. Waited 20 min and was told our order was next. 20 min later our pizza was still not ready I asked and was told it could be another 30 min. (After it was already 40 min late). The manager was rude and not helpful. We then requested a refund (as it was already paid for). It took another 10 min to get the refund. We left almost an hour after the pizza was supposed to be ready with out anything. We will never use this location again and intend to let all our friends know about our experience. Unacceptable.

Went inside to order.... ordered crazy bread and a large pizza ½ sausage / ½ pepperoni along with 2 drinks. Sat inside and waited for about 25 minutes, finally went to the counter and asked ..found out they had not even started it .... Asked for my money back.. was told they would just cancel the order and my debit card would not be charged. I had the 2 drinks in my hand the person told me .. sorry take them for the mix up ...no charge. Well $16.87 came out of my debit account for Little Ceasar. So a Pepsi and a water cost me $16.87.

Horrible. workers were visibly sick management still made them come in. They’re handling pizza and still made them come in. Holiday or not if they are sick tell them to stay home.

I would really like to commend Marvin for being an attentive hardworking employee! I came in today and wasn’t greeted by anyone, stood at the register for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. Marvin was completing a task and took it upon himself to stop what he was doing, properly greet me then helped me be in and out all within 2 minutes! The process was so great I thanked him and told him i’ll be leaving a review. Thank you again Marvin! Keep up the great work!
