Everytime I order from here my pizza is delivered and there's more sauce than there is cheese The bread sticks are always so dry I had ordered through the app yesterday and my order was stolen I was depending on that food for my kid. I tried getting ahold of both the store and door dash they wouldn't resend my order out and I have to wait 5 to 10 business days The manager had an attitude and was getting frustrated because I was upset and she was saying she would only remake my pizza and not my other items... Very rude

The guy behind the counter was on his cell phone talking about his girl and cussing. Paid no attention to the customers. This is not the first time this exact scenario has occurred. Where is the management?! Time for some accountability here...

Impossible to place an order over the phone. I had a gift card I wanted to use, but since they don’t accept them online I was forced to call-in my order. Tried last weekend and could not get anyone to answer the phone after waiting and trying again a few times. This weekend, someone answered but when I told them I wanted to place an order for pick up I just heard the phone slam down in response and no one ever came back to me. I tried to call a few more times but no one would ever answer. My boyfriend ended up going in person to place an order but after hearing the wait time we said forget it and went somewhere else instead. If I need to be put on hold to place an order then I’m happy to wait, but just tell me that??? That’s just way too difficult, place your order online or don’t bother. Personally, I like other pizza places better so I’ll just hold onto the darn gift card until another location is more convenient.

Makaila L. Was extremely rude and seemed like she just was not in the right mental state to be at work. Multiple people in the lobby were absolutely appalled by her dismissive behavior and micro aggressive demeanor. It’s rude it’s not acceptable.
