I can’t say that the staff was nice. But unsanitary! Which is the reason I will never go back. There is a young man and there actually quite handsome blue eyes full beard with a ponytail bun. I watched him wipe his nose with his bare hands and then go back to making a customers pizza. I don’t care how good his service was the fact that he can do that and no one is regulating. It is very scary to me. I will not be back

Each time I come to this location they never have any hot and ready pizzas. There is a 15 minute wait which is not hot and ready.

I just want to say thank you to the manager for making my night SOO much easier. My old man is SUPER HANGRY & I was having issues with my online order (maybe had something to do with getting an earful of frustration & inpatience (who knows, lol?)) so at my limit I stormed in and demanded the managers' help!...(Expecting to have to put up with another fight) I told him the situation. And he so calmly said, 'i got you mam'... So HUGE THANK YOU to the manager who gave me the BIGBUNDLE DEAL even tho it was my operator error (due to a combative tantrum thrown at me from the driver's seat.) THANK YOU ME MANAGER!! 🙏

Every place on gull road is trash but this has to be top 3. Don’t ever ask for more than one thing because it won’t happen. Apparently smoking weed is more important than helping paying customers and getting their order right. They act like ordering one pizza is hard. Everyone’s worked at little caesars at some point…it’s not that hard

On 12-27-24 I went to Little Caesars on Gull rd and purchased 7 hot and ready pizzas to feed my grieving family who were waiting for my mother to pass away. My order came up to 53.99 I used my debit card to pay for the transaction and the register operator told us 15 to 20 minutes due to them being busy. My wife and I waited for approximately 2 minutes before we slowly proceeded to walk out and make a gas station run while the pizza was being prepared upon returning my wife and son waited in the lobby for 25 minutes until the register operator that originally took their order finally ask what they were waiting for only to tell them the order wasn’t processed because I didn’t sign which was weird because I used a debit card We were about to leave due to the frustration of the situation but I decided to check my bank transactions first where I then discovered they indeed charged me I went back in had to argue with the register operator until he finally called for his general manager Hoagie at first he seemed helpful telling me it was a system issue and it would be fixed. He then proceeded to talk me into rebuying the pizzas at a discounted rate so I spent another 30 dollars because my family were hurting and hungry plus it was my understanding the money would be back on my card by Monday which wasn’t the case and even after I called again and spoke with Mr Hoagie again I was told he can’t refund a order that not in his system and to contact my bank he did say he would refund the second transaction and I am currently waiting to see if he would honor that but I’m not holding my breath. So all in all I paid 85 dollars for 7 cold pizzas. This is crazy because I work food service and I am a manager and I would never have the audacity to disrespect my customers in such a manner especially since I explained my situation to Hoagie I nor my family will ever shop their again Do better Little Caesars

Order submitted, 1.5 hour wait time! WTH! Then we were told they can't cancel the order nor have access to the online system. What BS. I absolutely despise those idiots. The person was RUDE and inconsiderate. He needs fired and the store needs closed honestly. It's ridiculous and unprecedented given what year we are in. Terrible business practices at best.

Kind of disappointing we come here quite often and unfortunately get messed up dough here and there which is whatever but this tho ??? It doesn’t even look good at all super disappointing I spend a lot of money at this location too so it makes me even more dissapointed

I have come to this location during my lunch break on 3 separate occasions but never have been able to get food.- each time they don't have any lunch specials or regular pizzas "hot-n-ready" as advertised.
Person working cash register was very slow and then didn't listen very well. Had to have her fix my order before I paid for it and the funny, not so funny thing was I only needed to orders of just crazy bread.

Been a few times while in town. I highly recommend using the app to order prior to getting there so you’re not waiting in an already packed lobby. My food is always pipping hot and ready in a decent amount of time.
