The fish was fall apart greasy! The hushpuppies were tasty, the shrimp was great but this location needs a makeover. Dingy and dirty interior dining room. A nice update and this could be a much better spot!

So. I arrived at the drive through at 10:55. The website says that they open at 10:30. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, I was told that they open at 11, 'but the food isn't even cooked yet" I said that was fine and I would wait. Still I sat there. Other cars came up ecause nobody was taking orders. At 11:15 I was waited on. And when I went to the window, I was given a terrible attitude. I remember why I don't come here. I only waited because their food was what my family wanted

I love this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the food is always good, and the rare times they've made a mistake, they have always been great about making it right. One of my favorite places!
Chaotic “Chaos Theory”
Pretty disappointed. Ordered a meal with two sides and the sides were smaller than my phone together. It was more like a sauce cup. I feel ripped off.

Food was okay. Workers were nice. Place is very old n needs a quick wipe.
I don't eat here often, however my last experience was per usual the food was hot and fresh. The wait is always a little long but worth it. I always recommend the fish and chicken platter. Yes, Long John Silvers has chicken and it's actually some of the best fried white meat chicken I've had. The hushpuppies are always great, fries are fries nothing too special, but the seasoned green beans for a side is where it's at. Highly recommend giving this location a try.

I visited today after a 12 month break from Long John Silvers. Unfortunately I was reminded yet again why I took a break from this place. Upon entering I was informed of broken equipment by staff and that they would be unable to prepare all the the menu items rice, buns and chicken, to name some. I find it unreasonable of LJS to expect customers to pay full price on a value basket when im not getting everything I would be paying for.

The chicken planks were cooked in old oil. Looked and tasted terrible. Cold soggy fries. Didn't bother asking for food to be remade as two managers were present and active in serving my food.

Such incredibly nice kalamazooians...run this ship under pressure with ease and calmness..everything I ordered was perfectly delicious...I love all the specials offered constantly making for an affordable dinner to feed a team...super fun place to patronize for the kiddos too

Ordered online for pickup. They made me wait 30 minutes after my pickup time saying they were out and had to cook more... despite serving the 4 people in front of me. I got 7/9 pieces of chicken, cold because they had boxed it before I got there. Drinks were down and refused a refund, then got rude with me. Won't ever be going back. 0 stars.
