Ive always ordered delivery, but today i stopped in. My food looked like they just tossed in the to go box, I didn’t order any eggs. The girls at the front counter looked at me as if she was bewildered. No smile, no warmth. The bathroom is FILTHY!!! I walked in and chose not to even use it because of all the pee stains on it!! If thats what the bathroom looked like….. WHAT DOES THE KITCHEN LOOK LIKE???? Sorry, I won’t be back.

The server up-charged me for a "substitution" without any indication. When I asked about the $3 difference, I was told I should have assumed the up charge for a "premium" product.
They offered to take it off and I conceded, BUT then they returned to the table and said they couldn't take it off because I ate it. I wouldn't have even ordered it to eat if I knew they were charging to take away toast and add one pancake!!! The pancake was fine. Average. Informed consent though!!! And don't blame the customer for poor training, experience, and poor customer service!!- a more veteran waitstaff directly cited the ignorance of my server when telling me I had to just pay!
I didn't think I was old enough to have my idea of "basic" decency not be so basic. Wouldn't recommend.
This establishment disappoints with its lack of distinctiveness and substandard environmental cleanliness. A disturbing incident, where an employee knocked water glasses into the trash and then placed them back on the shelf, further dissuades me from recommending this venue.

never was a breakfast person, but all that changed when i went to maggie’s. such a cute place with the best food i’ve ever had. their chicken wrap and chloe’s french toast are to DIE FOR. the place has such a homey vibe and the staff are always so friendly. i could live the rest of my life at maggies!!!! highly recommend it to college students and anyone passing through kalamazoo.
