Itâs a big, near empty & soulless feeling space so def 1 star or less for atmosphere. The coffee wasnât as bad as truck stop coffee but it wasnât worth what theyâre charging. Same with the food. One star for value. Nothing was memorable about the service.

Love this place!! The staff is wonderful & the vibe is great. It's a little expensive for the quantity of coffee you get but the quality is very good.

I love going there when we are downtown. Itâs is one of my favorite. The people are always friendly and welcoming. It has nice open atmosphere and it is TIDY (I donât know why a lot of coffee shops around here are not clean ?). Highly recommend

Best coffee in Kalamazoo. They now use Madcap coffee. They always make a great cortado.
You wouldnât even know they were owned by a church unless you asked why the glass back of the space opens to the inside of Radiant Church. Iâve never felt like I was being proselytized. Iâve never witnessed any bigotry to anyone. The staff is always friendly. I think some of the reviewers are being prejudiced about this place when they discover theyâre owned by a church.
