Every time I come here something is missing they had me parked for 30 min and forgot my nuggets but gave the sauce to me then I tried to call and they let it ring then took it off the hook

I had a wonderful experience. It was clean, polite and calm. I do wish it had been warmer in the eating area. Plus hot water in the bathrooms would be nice.

Everytime I come here I get a double cheeseburger and it NEVER comes with onions or pickles like it supposed to. I got into the habit of ordering with extra onions to drive the point home that I want everything on it, and I still have to ask constantly for a remake. Take a look at the picture that shows what extra onions looks like AFTER asking for it to be remade already. Sad. EDIT: Here is the snack wrap I got a few weeks later after the original review. Two inch long chicken strip.

Ordered from here through door dash. First they forgot one of the happy meals I had ordered. Thankfully my driver was already going back to McDonald’s to get another order and he picked it up for me. Once I opened the happy meal I found that the cheeseburger was basically 1/2 a patty. I have included a picture. I had one very disappointed and hangry child.

So I don’t eat much fast food anymore but I am a sucker for a game (monopoly) and a good deal so I’ve been coming to this location for a few weeks now, usually on my lunch break. I was actually really taken aback by the service I’ve been getting here. Every single time I’ve been inside, every person is *so* nice. I’ve seen countless interactions between the workers themselves and with the customers and I’ve never heard a rude tone or a complaint. Fast food sucks, I used to work in it myself but you can feel it when people hate to be where they are and I’ve never once sensed that here, at least on the other side of the counter. Special shout out to Chris, very nice dude. Also everyone else, I never actually paid attention to names but ya’ll are killing it and IMO this is how you get people to come back.

Ordered at 4:40. Waiting until 4:56 to get it. Was asked about the order twice. Person was friendly but could tell the place was unorganized. Edit: the food was wrong. Got spicy instead of ranch chicken wraps. Had no bacon on bacon quarter pounder.
