we stopped in the drive thru to grab lunch on our way out of town sunday afternoon.
the guy on the mic was struggling to get our order, i had to repeat myself 3 times. he looked like he was practically sleeping when we pulled around to pay. maybe it was the end of a long shift, whatever, he was polite.
but the woman at the second window immediately gave me an attitude as she tried handing me a medium diet coke, i didn’t grab it & just said we actually ordered a large sprite. (there were many other cars, i assumed she was just handing me the wrong order). she immediately started telling me no you ordered a medium coke it’s right there on the screen you can see for yourself you ordered this I’ll give you the sprite but you didn’t order it & i didn’t do it wrong the machine does it itself you ordered a coke. i didn’t say anything other than we ordered a large sprite & then after she started going off i just said ok. she then walked away & came back & continued telling me how i ordered wrong & it wasn’t her fault i can look right in the window & read the screen. now let’s go back to how i had to repeat myself so many times to just get my order placed. the guy clearly just clicked the wrong button. & it’s a simple mistake, but she crashed out on me over it. that’s a crazy overreaction & so weird of her to tell me no you didn’t when i quite literally did.
another time i went here i had placed an order on the app & went to pick it up & when i got to the drive thru they said they weren’t taking anymore orders so i said i had already placed my order on the app. they were clearly annoyed & told me to pull forward. i apologized for coming late, i assumed they closed at 12 but apparently it was 11. i was there about 15 minutes before closing, but they were still obviously annoyed with me.
i have never had a good experience at this location & really don’t recommend anyone going.

FILTH at its finest!!!!! Restrooms were trashed and absolutely appalling with hair coated all over the sink, paper towel filling the urinal, and litter coating the floors. Service was terrible and every employee talked disrespectfully and ghetto. I’ve never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life.

I live very close to this location, but if I really want McDonald's I'll drive to the location on S. Westnedge and Romence, because this location is so unpleasant. The staff is usually either unfriendly or visibly too high for interaction. Do not attempt to stray from the menu as written because more often than not you don't get quite what you order. The food quality is just this side of acceptable. I wouldn't usually bother with a review but I was turned away today because they were only taking mobile or doordash orders. Just bet that your experience will be either disappointing or even uncomfortable.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went there tonight, ordered my family and I food. Thought everything was good until I made it home. I was missing a burger, so I went back. I politely told person that came to the wind that I was missing a burger. She argued that she packed it herself. I told her were human we all make mistakes, I didn't come back to steal a $2 burger. She really tired telling me I was not missing a burger. Finally she told me to park. When she came out to give me my burger she mumbled, "I've might of spit in it" while walking away. I threw the burger out the window out of pure anger. I was not letting my son eat that. Never going back. Ever!

90% of the time order is not made to specifications, they just make it as it is on the menu even when the only modification is for NO onions. When it is made correctly its fine
I asked for you have Reese burger. She said no. I asked for a second sprite and got a coke. Then l noticed later the bag l was handed with my food in it advertised the new Reese burger. There is a Reese burger there now.

I never get straws or napkins with my delivery orders. Today my co-workers and I ordered 2 iced coffees, 2 sodas, 4 sandwiches, and 2 hash browns - but no straws or napkins and we can't go get any because we are at work.

Edit: after driving around it 3 times and then stating I would put my mobile order in while at the drive thru they finally took my order and sold me an expired milk. 01/19/2025 is todays date.

I was told they thought I left and canceled the order but I was still charged. 3 weeks later and many calls to support, no call back or refund yet despite not getting my order.
