I never get straws or napkins with my delivery orders. Today my co-workers and I ordered 2 iced coffees, 2 sodas, 4 sandwiches, and 2 hash browns - but no straws or napkins and we can't go get any because we are at work.

I stopped on the other side of town the other day heading home and they got my order wrong. I stopped here to see if they could fix it without me going across town. The kind woman fixed my order without hesitation and saved me heading back the other direction.
September 2024
Decided to grab food before a doctors appointment near the area. (Around noon) I see a lot of bad reviews but I guess I caught them on a good day. ALL of my food was HOT and tasted fresh. Fries were crispy and hot, not warm and floppy. Team members seemed friendly. Not overly excited but they weren’t giving “attitude”.
