Went here for dinner last night, spent 50 bucks to feed my family of 5. Not only did we have multiple missing items. But when we went back in the service was very unprofessional as we were told ‘is there anything else because I don’t wanna keep walking back and forth’ . Then on top of that experience we got home and both of our quarter pounders were pink in the middle and completely not done. This was during a snow storm and there wasn’t many customers in sight during this time either. Just disappointed in the service and the food received from this location.

My friend and I spent a couple hours here on Tuesday night(2/11/25) and we heard several instrumental hymns and gospel songs! It was what I needed , and super encouraging!

Worst McDonald's in SW Michigan. 20 minute drive thru times are normal. They had me pull forward and forgot about me. Then the employee mouthed off when I brought it to her attention. I have the receipt lady. Employees are so rude here.

No front cashier Must wait 10 minutes before they will take your order after standing there looking silly
Terrible service today. Went in and there were multiple people waiting but no one running the register or acknowlesging the people. Fine places get busy and people get distracted. Went out and went through drive through. Was passed a freezee that was over flowing out the top and dripping everywhere. Had to ask for napkins for this. No sense of urgency from the person who handed off the drink that way. Then didn't get the whole order. Had to sit and wait for a minute or 2 for them to come back to window because they walked off when I complained about the drink/napkin situation. Was supposed to have 2 fries, this was repeated at the drive through speaker but wasnt on reciept and was tild i would have to park and go in to pay (cant pay at window) Still did not get the chocolate milk that was ordered with a happy meal. I've not had a complaint about this mcdonalds but there was multiple things going on and if anyone wants to time stamp this and look into it my receipt is time stamped 01:19
Also note: there was a cell phone out at the payment window. I only happened to notice it after I paid while waiting I looked over and it was in the ladies hand. Raises concerns for stealing credit card information.

Waited 25min for a curbside. Had to go in. When we asked, they lied that our food was not ready. After 25min? We asked again since it said completed in our app. They found that the food was out but no one put it in the brown bag. So our burgers and fries were out there getting cold. First time coming to this location, never again.
