I love how google says the drive thru is open until Midnight. I pulled into the drive thru at 11:05 and they said we are only taking doordash orders and their reasoning was we are about to close. Then there was 2 rude women talking to me at once on the speaker telling me “sorry we are closing.” How come its 11:05 and every worker in the building has their coats on like its time to go but the drive thru is supposed to be open until midnight. Yea I wont be spending my money here again.

Went here for dinner last night, spent 50 bucks to feed my family of 5. Not only did we have multiple missing items. But when we went back in the service was very unprofessional as we were told ‘is there anything else because I don’t wanna keep walking back and forth’ . Then on top of that experience we got home and both of our quarter pounders were pink in the middle and completely not done. This was during a snow storm and there wasn’t many customers in sight during this time either. Just disappointed in the service and the food received from this location.

Worst McDonald's in SW Michigan. 20 minute drive thru times are normal. They had me pull forward and forgot about me. Then the employee mouthed off when I brought it to her attention. I have the receipt lady. Employees are so rude here.
