I waited for a 20 piece nugget 15 minutes thought I was getting fresh nuggets but once I got them they where cold hard and tasted as if I was eating some type of reheat nuggets the had been sitting all day. My daughter received a dried out hamburger that a dog would have looked at a ranned the other way. And the manager seemed to not show are care or concern .I've had mission food that tasted better than this crap. I wasted my hard earned money on pure trash. The bathroom smelled like a straight out house the play area seems though it was like a land field and they expect children to play safely

The environment inside was disgusting. We stopped in for a quick bite. Very little drive through or done in partrons. My first thought was the floor under the kiosk machine. My shoes stuck to the floor, taking a large amount of effort to lift my feet. My next stop in the dining area gave me the answer as to why my shoes were sticking to the floor. The pop machine sprayed outside of my cup towards me and on the floor. While we waited for our simple order, there was no straws in the dispenser, no ketsup in the standalone dispenser or bins. We asked for straws, ketsup and salt once our order was brought to the table. At least they brought us what was not available for selfservice. Even after they were made aware, items were not stocked. I would not recommend this location to anyone, what an embarrassment. By the way you might have to clean off your own table.

Walked in and there was a group of im guessing teenagers yelling, and carrying on loudly with none of the staff doing anything about it. Took 15 minutes to get my food in spite of it not being busy, and when it did arrive it was wrong. Witnessed them being rude to door dash customers for politely inquiring about there order. Bad experience for what is usually a decent mcdonalds.
I went to the drive thru at this location with a mobile app order. I paid via my phone and went to pick it up. In the line I was told the mobile app was down. They could see my order but I didn’t receive my food. The staff told me there was nothing they could do. I drove 15 mins there and back home with nothing. Very unfortunate situation. I will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 30 seconds down west main to the other McDonald’s. Much faster, much friendlier, and generally fresher food. 20 minute wait for 1 snack wrap just ain’t worth it on a lunch break .

I ordered breakfast using the app to pick up through the drive-thru. The woman told me to pull up to the first window if I wanted my receipt. I didn't, and as I drove by the window, there wasn't anyone there, anyway. However, the woman at the second window started yelling at me for not stopping at the first window! I tried to explain that I didn't want a receipt - and no one was there to give me one anyway - and she YELLED LOUDER! Mind you, not yelling at me while getting my food - stopped what she was doing to chew me out for almost a full minute! I was horrified! Finally she handed me my food so I could go. Fast forward to the following week. I needed to pick up breakfast again. Same woman. This time, I stopped at the first window to dutifully get my stupid receipt. I wasn't yelled at - but she GLARED AT ME the entire time I was picking up my food. There's another McDonald's downtown - I think I'll get my food from them going forward - or at least until this woman loses her job!
