I ordered breakfast using the app to pick up through the drive-thru. The woman told me to pull up to the first window if I wanted my receipt. I didn't, and as I drove by the window, there wasn't anyone there, anyway. However, the woman at the second window started yelling at me for not stopping at the first window! I tried to explain that I didn't want a receipt - and no one was there to give me one anyway - and she YELLED LOUDER! Mind you, not yelling at me while getting my food - stopped what she was doing to chew me out for almost a full minute! I was horrified! Finally she handed me my food so I could go. Fast forward to the following week. I needed to pick up breakfast again. Same woman. This time, I stopped at the first window to dutifully get my stupid receipt. I wasn't yelled at - but she GLARED AT ME the entire time I was picking up my food. There's another McDonald's downtown - I think I'll get my food from them going forward - or at least until this woman loses her job!

Came through the drive through while doing Door Dash at 430am. We obviously are only going off an app. We come through the drive thru and the Latina/Hispnic lady rolled her eyes and immediately says “ We’re not open we’re not open were not open we’re not open”. I let her she was rude and she just looks at me and says, well. “We’re not open”. Please tell your manager to fix it then. I now see why I don’t accept orders from this establishment. Their attitudes stink

It's what you should expect from a well ran McDonald's. Only thing I would say needs improvement: fresher fry oil, cleaner playplace, and staff that are more attentive. Then again, it's McDonald's, so that being said this one is high tier mid.

I came to this restaurant when it first opened at 530am to get a egg biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was hard and crunchy I drove back thru the drive-thru an asked for another. They lady had an attitude and said it was fresh. But it wasnt. They took the sandwich and put it in the microwave to try to make the biscuit soft but it only made it harder. And gave it back to me. I just drove off i didnt frel like arguing with them. They where already playing with my food. I just took a loss and left. But i couldve believe they microwaved it and gave it back. I would rate 0 stars if i could. That was ridiculous.
Drive thru - all of the staff were friendly. Food was hot and fresh.

I went through the drive thru this morning ordered a large coffee and 4 cookies for my kiddos. Was told no cookies were ready. I replied, isn’t it policy for there to be cookies ready for customers? They answered with, yes but we don’t have any ready!! Didn’t offer to bake some, told me they could not replace the items for others.
I ignored it and decided to just get my coffee. Get my coffee and leave, take a drink and it taste like water with creamer in it. I ended up throwing it away and going to my usual McDonald’s. I tried to call the number provided on Google to take care of this problem, it states user busy every time.
If I was anyone who experienced a problem with them, head to the stadium drive location!! I absolutely love them, coffee is great and if they don’t have cookies ready they bake them for my kiddos fresh every time ❤️☺️.

Like eating at a morgue, remember when there was an atmosphere. Once the mcrib is gone I will be done for another year.
