They don't give you all of your food. This has happened MULTIPLE times and this review is going to be used to get my money back this time. I have tried calling after every time this happens and no one answers. It will either hang up the call or give me a busy tone. So you have to drive back to the restaurant to get your money back and they will not refund you for gas. So here is a screenshot of my call log and here is a picture of my receipt. The next time I'm in the area, I will be coming in for a FULL refund for all the items missing/wrong with this order. Your staff management problems should not cost ME money. Oh and for the record, there was one person behind me. You were not busy.

If you ask for something to not be on a sandwich and ask for it to be removed for 4 separate sandwiches and it was added anyway.
My 1 star rating is because what if what was asked to be removed was a food allergy oh wait this locations management and employees just don't care to fix anything

I emplore you to eat any where else except this location, failing that you are better off going hungry and starving than gambling on if you'll be able to get service here, should you manage to actually get your food it will be of the poorest quality. Definitely one of the worst McDonald's in the area. It as if the owner doesn't care at all. They randomly close at night out of pure laziness. Its absolutely ridiculous. The owner and managers should be ashamed of themselves for operating at the lowest level of service! Negative 10 stars.
Usually the worst McDonald's around! You'll spend your entire lunch break waiting for the dive through. Staff is typically rude and undertrained. Apparently they can decide to randomly close at different times - twice now, once at breakfast and once for an evening snack around 10:00 p.m. they decided they would randomly close to quote stock things and with no other explanation yet they leave all of their lights and signs on and there's cars in front of me taking time at the speaker as though they're ordering food so now I've spent time twice waiting in line for more than several minutes just to find out that they're closed, horrible practice. Worst McDonald's avoid at all cost

Always have to pull up to wait for one item, then takes a bit to get it. Update, it is only 24 hours for certain people, they told me that they were only serving to Doordash.
Edit: a year later, went to get ice cream and machine was down. Really no customer service skills from the crew here. I was reminded why I stay away from this location

Literally robbed me. I made a mobile order that was paid for prior. I get to the drive threw. They claim they're only taking door dash. I said I have a mobile order it's paid for no response. Go to the window. No response. I call them. No response. Theres no way to get a refund. Never been so disrespected.
