The Diet Coke is watered down. Has been the past few times I’ve been there. And continuously get the wrong breakfast. Paid for more than what I actually got.

Stopped inside during a road trip. Ordered a meal and afterward my daughter saw The Grinch on some of the bags. The manager very kindly gave her a Grinch bag, which made her day :) thank you!

Not only did they not tell me they didn't have shakes when ordered and paid, I when they gave me our food but they gave us the wrong food....ordered cheeseburger NO meat and they labeled it without meat even though theee was meat on to go order. So paid for not being able to eat.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered a steak egg bagel meal minus the cheese & breakfast sauce (because I cant have dairy) with a coke. I received the bagel with EVERYTHING on it, NO hash browns and a friggin Dr Pepper! I couldn't eat/drink any of it! I typically do not leave negative reviews - but c'mon!! $10 completely wasted. I would have rather donated it to the Ronald McDonald house

Order lunch on the app. Go to pick it up and the lady working informs me she can't take any orders. I was already charged for the meal and haven't received a refund. What a joke..

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The kiosk was out of receipt tape so I went to the counter to get my receipt. I stood there for several minutes as several employees looked at me and ignored me. Finally, an employee took food out to the dining room and when she returned I asked if anyone was working the counter. She immediately made her displeasure with my question known and said they were “shorthanded.” There were at least a half dozen people who ignored me. We might have different definitions of shorthanded. She had an attitude the entire time. I asked for a manager. This “manager” had the same attitude as the worker. I can see where they get it from. He even threatened to refuse me service when I calmly expressed my displeasure with the service and his approach and demeanor. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again.

This Used to be the Best McDonalds in Kalamazoo but it is now THE WORSE!! Cold food, order misding things, have to park and wait..Manager does nothing about it just less and won't answer phone!! J If you want better food Go Elsewhere! This place is terrible!!!!!
I’m usually not the type of person to complain, but this is just disgusting. I opened my chicken sandwich and there was hair at the bottom of my sandwich, I will not order from here anymore. second complaint, they forgot my burger and i had to go in and get it I also specifically asked for no onion and there was a huge handful of onion on it. I’m honestly disappointed.

My chicken nuggets were old and should have been timed out they were hard and cold and they forgot my fries had to go back threw the drive thru because they locked the lobby then waited twenty minutes for fries
