I went in for a Big Mac and a Coke, I waited an hour and a half, the manager was screaming at all the employees, I recently went and got a Frappe, they made it completely wrong, I have no idea what the hell I just got but it was definitely not a frappe. They mess up the orders almost every time

We visited McDonald's on Gull road kalamazoo Michigan on 12/1/2025 Monday, went through drive thru put our order in and pulled up and told to pull up extra window they have to wait for our $16.00 order we sat there for 30 minutes till my wife went inside to get our order they were rude, don't know where the Manager was? we wait another 15 minutes to finally get our order. Terrible service if I owned this McDonald's I would fire this Manager, and fire some very rude employees that did not care about us or our order. 45 minutes to finally get our food!!! We will not visit this McDonald's again.... I'm sure this McDonald's could care Less... Ron k. 12/6/2025

I waited quite a while in the lobby. Where I watched a woman stand there waiting to order for 5 minutes before the staff even spoke to her. I had hair in my McDouble. When I brought it back they said bring it to the windows and let me see. They took the food with bites out of it back into the restaurant. I didn't think they were allowed to do this. She did apologize I asked for a fry instead which they replaced the food with a small fry. When I worked at McDonald's we fixed the problem and offered a free item or a card for a free sandwich. I was not impressed!

My wife came last night and only ordered nuggets and a burger and she was told to park in a spot and they’ll run it out cool no problem. There’s a bunch of other cars waiting then 30 minutes later and not one person came out for any order so she goes inside and sees all the employees just standing chit chatting and when my wife asked for a refund at that point all the workers in the back start laughing at her. DO NOT COME HERE DONT SPEND ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH HERE! 12/03/2025

Today's November 28th 2025 I came here this morning between hours and 10:15 and 10:30 a.m. I'll first start it off in the Drive-Thru I made it up to make my order and then the guy got on didn't get me and then skip me three more cars to where I had to park my truck go inside to order my food when I ordered my food I received my cups to get my drink there was no straws no ice no lids and the lady manager that was in there had a smart comment to make wearing a blue button up shirt, while I had five people call off today she had a nasty attitude and was very rude verbally body language the environment just didn't feel right and I said that's not my problem I said this McDonald's is horrible performance I said customer service is horrible I will never go to gull road McDonald's ever again cause customer service was very bad this place was dirty all the tables were not being wiped down after customers eating drive through services was horrible I didn't leave McDonald's until 25 minutes later I started at the drive-thru at 10:15 a.m. after a 10-minute wait in the Drive-Thru I left the line to go inside where I spent my next 15 minutes waiting so I would like to influence customers to write reviews on bad customer service and it's a place where people go to eat their food so if the places not being cleaned and it's dirty I influence others to speak up on it
Drive thru person started order then stopped to take another's order using my rewards then didn't respond so went inside and the manger was rude all because she didn't have enough staff and was irritated which I feel was not my fault then there wasn't no ice in machine or straws when asked for them manger was rude and stated again she was short staffed cause of call offs

Surprised this place even has 2.8 stars. Just went there for the first time and it took 10 minutes to take my order and after 25 minutes my boyfrinds order was still not taken. I even heard a worker say they weren't even busy. No one else was in line. Then, when I ordered a large coffee, the manager came over to tell me that they would only give me a small because they rang a small in when I asked for a large twice. Then when I said in frusterating okay that's fine the manager then acted kike I did anything wrong at all.

This is the first McDonald's branch in MONTHS to get my whole order correct! Everything was well made and not thrown together, it was all warm, and I had excellent customer service at the drive through window. Whoever was at thedrive window 11/14 at 12:20, you deserve a shout out for being kind and efficient - hard skills to use simultaneously!
