Garbage. Ordered in and they didn't give us half our food. Had to go to the counter twice to get the right food and have food remade. Girls in the back are just goofing off and cackling in the back.

No less than 25% more expensive than other local McDonald. $5 for an iced coffee that costs $2.79 at Galesburg or the downtown. That is straight greed.

This McDonald’s has a fun indoor play area but terrible customer service. We were missing 2 items when we went to the counter to get them no one even acknowledged I was there for 5 min or more, now I understand when places are busy and I give grace for that but when I did get my order they came and took the burger back because it was the wrong one then never brought the replacement to me. I then went back out to the counter and waited another 5 min when I decided to finally say something to get the workers attention one woman was very rude and asked to see my receipt after she was the one who took the burger back from me. I politely told them if I could make a suggestion that when they notice customers standing at the counter to acknowledge then and make them know that you are coming or want to help. Customer service is a dying art and it’s sad. I would not recommend this McDonald’s if you don’t have kiddos that want to play

Mcdonald's has gone down in recent years, I admit, but this particular store is so bad I usually avoid it like the plague. Unfortunately for me I didn't do that this morning. 😕 They BARELY use sauce on the bagels, and after sitting in curbside pickup watching all the drive thru cars leave, I was told they won't deliver curbside as long as there are cars in drive thru. Not a company policy, and when I said that I was told the Manger says that's how it is. I won't go back to Gull Rd again PERIOD.
UPDATE: Google said they were open on Christmas morning, and since we didn't have anything to do until dinner later, we checked Google and it said they were open. I put in an order for 30.04. They won't give me the money back. I've tried since January 2nd. I've spoken to MULTIPLE representatives at McDonald's customer service, who keeps asking the McDonald's on Gull Rd to call me. They won't. They supposedly asked the regional manager to contact me (regional case number... 31957607) and they won't. The employee said they wouldn't. I told corporate this, and they just say "Oh, so sorry, we can't refund your money. Let me reach out to them". I am never eating at this one again, and I rarely eat there now. I'd rather spend my cash on good food and good service.

Waited a long time to get anyone to even acknowledge i was there, let alone take my order. They missed things on the order too and gave no apologies for that. The play area was not clean. The bathroom was not clean until finally they sent an elderly man in to clean it and he did a good job. Really poor service at the counter from everyone up there. The only polite person in the whole place was the guy who cleaned the bathroom.

Just went thru the drive thru and was informed that only dashers or online orders would be processed and when I asked why I couldn’t order and that I would wait longer for them to take there time but instead told me to go to Burger King. He said they were short staffed and he wasn’t even going to explain about how much they don’t make. I told him I was confused as to why they were open if they weren’t serving customers and he said they were but just online orders. Never again!!!

Last few times I went there the food was cold. The bun was hard and disgusting. The fries were not even warm. I tried calling the phone 3 times today to complain and it rolls to an automated message. You guys need to get it together.

when i was there yesterday night the girls got an attitude when they was told we had a doordash pick up then we got the food then when we got to the window one of the girls the looked like a manager that shouldnt be a manager was playing on her phone then gave us the food then closed the window never said a word not even have a good night we waited to get the drinks then another girl came up to the window and said what are you missing we told her we dont got the drinks she said what drinks so we told her everything the order had she got an attitude and said “everything in the bag” then gave us the drinks with no straws then walked away and her and another girl started talking crap bout us with the window open they never closed the window. very unprofessional and very disrespectful so sickening to have to deal with such disrespect when we never did or say anything to the girls besides us picking up an order for doordash. its crazy they even have a job with how disrespectful they was and neither had a name tag nor wearing any type of work uniform

Ordered 6 mcdoubles 2 small fries, call to inform them that I had only received 3 doubles and 2 small fries and the lady freaks out on me and then says bring the mofo bag back, we'll excuse if you got kids that isn't going to happen I will just carry my business elsewhere thanks
