In the past two months I’ve gone my chicken nuggets are always overcooked, burgers only mustard or ketchup never what is supposed to be on it. When you first come into order, there’s never anyone at the desk and you are supposed to use a Kia, but never has receipt paper. The younger people that they have working for are always very rude and when you try to get their attention, they will look at you and walk away. I understand McDonald’s doesn’t have the best service, but this is zero Out of five if I could give it to them .

Got a quarter pounder with cheese and got 2 small patties. Got the fries out Infront of Walmart and they was cold 2 blocks away. so disappointed I gave my 13$ order to my dogs

Love the food, but they always mess up the order. Today we ordered a double fish (among other items) and got a single. Then they shorted our change. We stayed to talk to the manager, and she corrected the change. Still working on the sandwich.

I ordered two cheeseburgers, expecting the typical pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. I get two burgers with cheese and they were plain. If I wanted them plain, I’d say I wanted them plain. How hard is it to make a sandwich as it’s supposed to be served?

I am honestly appalled and disgusted at what I endured this evening .. I placed an online order through the app it was only my second time doing so so not entirely sure how it works I placed it to be picked up through drive through so I didn’t have to leave my vehicle after coming through the drive through I gave them my code while sitting there for five minutes someone comes on there in the most ratchet way possible “we don’t got dat” “is it a mobile order or what” so I pulled around and came inside when I come inside the resteraunt the manager is standing there watches me walk into the establishment and doesn’t say hello how are you how can I help you nothing it takes for someone who was running food to help me when I tell her what I got going on she goes to look I hear the manager say we don’t got that order she must’ve not paid whatever when I’m literally showing them I paid 27 dollars for all my food showing her the code it gave me etc she proceeds to tell me I waited to long to come get my food when in fact I definitely didn’t and then has the audacity to argue with me and tell me I have to PAY AGAIN even after I already paid I just wanted my food and my money at this point thank god a worker came and said did u have this and that and I said yes that’s me and they said we got ur food right here I was really trying to hold my patience but I was standing there really getting frustrated because the manager wanted to argue she refused to try and problem solve and let me stand there for over 10 minutes waiting on one large fry . I work in a fast food place I know how it is . They need to do better than this trash and I hope yall see this too ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ not to mention my food tasted old and disgusting

The people who work here are rude and lazy. They only take orders whenever they feel like it even though they're still "open". The few times I have ordered something from here, I usually always have something forgotten or incorrect. This mcdonalds sucks. Do not come here.

Grabbed lunch today. Everyone was great until I got to the window. The guy was great but when I looked in my bag I seen that I had a 6 piece and 4 piece. When I let them know that I ordered a 6 and a 10 piece the, who I assume, manager (brunette with long straight hair in a ponytail) told me “the 6 and 4 was to make up for the 10 and told me “bYe”. She was extremely rude for no reason. Didn’t give me the sauces that were missing until I asked twice and still didn’t get all of them but at this point I was done asking for what was on my receipt all because someone had a bad day and took it out on me. The fries tasted like they came from the garbage. I guess I’ll be making the extra trip to Sprinkle. This place has gone downhill since I worked there.
Sub par location, some employees might give you attitude and try to fight you. Not the first time it has happened to me and not the last I have a feeling. I would rather scoop gravel from a pothole and gargle rocks than expect a pleasant experience from this McDonald’s location.
