Food order was lost between orders and window to pay. Then it took 10 minutes for them to even talk to me, had to reorder everything, then took another 15 just to get food at the next window.

I would recommend driving past this McDonald’s and catching the next. I would give this place negative stars if I could. First the lady could not understand my order and took about 5 minutes just to change a small fry to a plain cheeseburger 🤦🏼♀️ then the plain cheeseburger clearly marked plain American cheese only that they stuck to the wrapper with a sticker was not plain. When we told the second old witch lady at the second window that we were missing a large pop she told us we had to go around and reorder and shut the window on us. Rude very rude

The bathroom is always SO DISGUSTING!!!!! CLEAN IT UP. It is dangerous to allow your children in there without checking first. It is an ongoing issue with this particular store.

Ordered an apple pie, 10 pc chicken nuggets and Mc chicken. Specifically asked for 3 different sauces. We were asked to park and waited for 13 minutes to get our food. I never had to wait this long. I should have been informed about the delay while placing the drive through order. If it had been this long wait I never would have ordered. Finally when we get our food we noticed there were no sauce packets in the bag. This is poorly maintained Mac.

I came thru drive thru and they had no Mc Ribs. We order chicken sandwich and quarter pounders and fries. Everything was cold and chicken was dark brown. I called and manager said I could get a replacement. Came back next day and would not honor it. I will never be back.
