This place is super cute, the bubble tea tastes amazing, and the workers are always incredibly friendly and on top of things <3 I can always find a drink to fit my mood/cravings whenever I go, be it sweet, sour, or just a chill drink that's not too sweet!

We love coming to MI Boba when when visiting friends in Kalamazoo! The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, but today was sadly an exception.
The person making drinks was very nice and gave us lots of smiles :) However, the girl taking our orders was very rude. We also heard her complaining about our friends young daughter behind the counter.
We will still come back, but were saddened by the rudeness of this employee.

First time trying this place today. While the shop itself wasn't bad, was not impressed with the staff. The boba I ordered had a hair sealed into it. When we told her, she wanted to argue. She took the seal off and tried saying her hair was sealed into the top, not in the drink. She resealed it and tried handing it back. I said, no it was indeed floating in it. She remade the drink but rinsed the tapioca pearls and reused them since the hair "wasn't touching them, they're fine." It shouldn't be that big of a problem to remake a customers drink when your hair gets in it. While the other staff member who finished remaking it and handed it back to me wasn't unfriendly, I just couldn't enjoy it. Definitely won't be returning.

Mi Boba is a quirky little shop that offers a great variety of drinks, baked goods (Macarons!!!!), and rare candy. It's usually the best stop on my trips to Kalamazoo.
Dietary restrictions: They do offer Oat Milk for those with lactose intolerance.
