This comment does not cover the entire staff. I often get a cashier who does not greet me does not answer my question that I asked and will not say thank you when I leave. It kind of angers me I can shop at many places and I do work hard for my money and I don't like being treated like that. I think a few of the cashiers do need to be retrained and told what's proper and how to behave in a retail environment.
I love the store as a whole, except for the "kitchen" . The food has always been exceptional until the last couple times. Today, I bought 2 catfish filets that were good, but ice cold. I also had 2 chicken tenders that were anything but tender! They were not warm, the coating was hard as a rock, and the chicken was dry and overcooked. I'm betting it's from refrying it to heat it up! I pulled the thick, hard chicken skin off and picked at the dry chicken. No...
