Love the queso. Love the verde salsa. But recently the manager of all people charged me for a bowl of queso instead of a cup... that's a whole $3 difference. Don't think the manager of all people should find it that hard to tell the difference when the cups are different colors. It's not a huge deal but it certainly makes me less eager to go back when I feel like I was gypt :/

We occasionally have lunch during our working week at Moe's Southwest Grill on Stadium Drive near WMU. Typical Mexican fastfood outlet with burritos, quesadillas and bowls. Cheap and tasty.

While enjoying a delicious meal; i was pleased to meet a very knowledgeable employee named jessica. After checking to see if i was satisfied with my meal, we had a brief conversation about Mexican food and the menu. I received some recommendationsn i am excited to come back and try.

Went to the Stadium Dr in Kalamazoo, MI location after checking their website only to find out that their website was incorrect and the store had to already closed 40 minutes prior. I wasn't the only customer there at the time that didn't realize it. When I called customer service I didn't even get I'm a sorry for your inconvenience all I received was a " well did you look at the website?" and I explained to the customer service representative that yes, and that it showed the 9pm closing time when they already closed at 8 and that their doors have been changed to show 8. Needless to say the customer representative that I spoke with at their corporate office lack professionalism as well as tact. This would have been my second time at Moe's and that will probably be my last. Qdoba is always looking for repeat customers.

Unfortunately this place needs to step up their management. The food is never fresh and the rice is always hard. Where I am used to being greeted with the signature, "Welcome to Moe's" I have not been greeted once out of the 5 times I have visited. Moe's, you have potential, step it up!

Stadium drive location was nasty, filthy and food was old and dried out. Absolutely disgusting. Owners should do Kalamazoo a favor and close this place down. Lots of choices for restaurants in the area so why choose this one. I'd give them another chance to prove me wrong but honestly, this was the "other chance" and it's clear that this is the norm.

The morning Friday shift seems like an excellent group of staff. They all seemed to be having fun while still acting professional. The store was cleaner than I've seen it in the past. Food was great as well.
