I got food poisoning the one and only time I ate here

The food is alright, the chicken can be much better, and it’s the beverages (boba tea primarily) that I have an issue with. It tasted like it had soap in it/ just not good for a 5$ drink. The BIG reason I’m making a review is because of the service. The lady who works at the register was being a nuisance, interrupting me when I was speaking with my partner, being on her phone and ignoring me when I’m trying to ask questions. She looked like she wanted to quit on the spot, and treated me and my partner with disrespect. Shame on you, quit your job if you have such an issue working there that you go out your way to be disrespectful.

I've been there 3 times, and 2 of the times the food was bad. The lady that works there was being slyly rude to us on multiple occasions. I rather drive 15 mins to another place than 6 min to this place.

Worst experience EVER! Bought Ramen home Wednesday night, ate half and brought the rest to work for lunch today. Saw this beauty floating in the broth, thought it was broccoli at first. Called the restaurant and was promptly put on hold for over 10 minutes and then was offered a $5 gift card…laughable! Told me because it was 2 days old that they would not refund me even though it’s in the original container. Horrible customer service! DO NOT eat here!

The barista made my boba incorrect. I ordered 100% sweetness but she forgot to add sweetness. I understand the mistake however the customer service was UNACCEPTABLE . I told her about her mistake and there was no apology and she just STARED. I asked her if she could add sweetness and there annoyance in her tone when she reluctantly agreed. It’s the customers fault but she made it seem like it was. Disappointed…

I love their ramen I love their boba tea. The only reason is that this review is not five stars because there is one lady at the cashier is always so rude. It almost made me not get food this time. I'm so sad that I don't want to support their business because I love their food.

The first time I went here the food was incredible. I ordered a delivery order today as I’d been craving it but should have saved my money. The pork dumplings had a bone in one of them. The chicken was chewy and rubbery, and the ramen had no flavor. Highly disappointed.

Stopped here on a road trip and it was some of the best ramen and bubble tea I’ve had in the Midwest. Tried the tonkatsu ramen and brown sugar milk tea.
They have a discount going right now for the start of the new semester.

The chicken ramen soup, bottom on menu, was way too salty. And one ingredient, an appropriate 2”x 1\2” creamy white item, tasted terrible, what i think dirty socks would taste like. The iced coffee was great, but way too expensive!

I hate making these kind of reviews but I felt like it has to be said. When I first walked in I was greeted with a smile from the guy at the counter. He was nice and patient as it was my first time ordering Motea. After placing an order I noticed an immediate change in the atmosphere from the lady at the counter. Idk why but she was irritated and angry slamming trays it felt like she was taking her frustration out on me because I asked if could I change my drinks:( i wanted to cry I apologize i was not trying to pick a fight. I just didn’t like the taste of the drinks and wanted something different. I felt less as person because of the treatment from her. I’m sorry you’re having a bad day. food was not worth the hype wayyyyyy overpriced and the attitude reflected in the food. Couldn’t enjoy the food even my family was upset at the quality of it all. Super disappointed:( For $130ish…. 0/10 Will NOT return again.
