The barista made my boba incorrect. I ordered 100% sweetness but she forgot to add sweetness. I understand the mistake however the customer service was UNACCEPTABLE . I told her about her mistake and there was no apology and she just STARED. I asked her if she could add sweetness and there annoyance in her tone when she reluctantly agreed. It’s the customers fault but she made it seem like it was. Disappointed…

I love their ramen I love their boba tea.
The only reason is that this review is not five stars because there is one lady at the cashier is always so rude. It almost made me not get food this time. I'm so sad that I don't want to support their business because I love their food.

Stopped here on a road trip and it was some of the best ramen and bubble tea I’ve had in the Midwest. Tried the tonkatsu ramen and brown sugar milk tea.

They have a discount going right now for the start of the new semester.
