Big thanks to Amanda and the crew at Niko's Express for the delicious breakfast. The breakfast burritos and sausage gravy were absolutely on point. You can really tell they care about the food they're serving - hot and full of flavor. It was the perfect pick-me-up for a busy day, and we're grateful for the kindness and great eats.
