Trying to park at the worst parking lot in Kalamazoo is completely worth it for the best fast food in it.

Phenomenal food and service, overall love the vibe. However parking and accommodations are really tight and awkward at this location

Visited on a Saturday evening 6pm and had to wait for a parking spot but plenty of booths open to dine in even being a small location. Fun, welcoming vibe right when you entered. We were greeted with a warm welcome and did not feel rushed or pushed to order. It was our first time here and we were talked through several options for sauces and toppings on the side as well as add ons. Food came out fresh and hot in about 10 mins even with plenty of take out orders coming through the doors while we were there. I personally enjoyed my burger, it was juicy and hit the spot like any good “bar” or dive spot burger does. My husband loved his spicy chicken sando. He added the house made pickles and enjoyed their flavor but their size made it a bit hard to eat. He ate most of them on the side separate, which to be fair is probably how they are truly intended to be enjoyed. Chicken was cooked well, hardy and balanced with good flavor. I had my fries the Nonla way which included grilled onions, their special sauce and jalapeños. When I say I never want to eat fries any other way I mean it. So good! I’ll be back for these crispy fries and sauce alone! Got to chat with the manager before we headed out and he was very personable. You could tell he enjoyed his job. We will be back for the great service and food!

Staff very nice. Very expensive and not much flavor in the burger. Fries were good. I'm veggie and always eat impossible or beyond. Happy they have an option for me, but didn't enjoy it much. Somehow the burger seemed to have less flavor than when I cook up veggie meat alone. And for burger abd fries w iced tea, spent over $18 (in a fast food restaurant). Also weird how they chop all the greens in chunks. I was trying to eat in the car, and legit every bite something fell out. I about needed a bath after and had to mourn the use of my freshly laundered outfit 😌

The Nonla double is the way to go, I customize it on the website and they make it the way that I want it. 🍔 The chicken sandwich is also a solid lunch option too.👍 Check out their daily/weekly specials too, you can follow them on Instagram for the daily special right to your phone. I’ve come here so many times now I think I’m addicted. Their regular burgers are decent, simple ingredients that you can customize. I always get mine the nonla way with pickles. The real treasure here is their specials, sides, and house made pickles. Beyond incredible each one ive tried. Their wings are crispy and actually sweet and spicy perfectly balanced. I feel like they use high quality meat here so you don’t get that chicken ick when you eat it. Their Brussels are incredible. Perfectly cooked with some texture and flavored with a sticky sweet and spicy sauce. Their nonla way option is simply elite, I add it to my fries and reg burger. Their pickles are beyond addictive. On the off chance that the owner sees this. Please I beg let me buy a damn bucket of those pickles. They’re so delectable I love them so much. If you haven’t eaten here give it a shot. I think they’re cheaper then five guys and a lot of the preparation and price just sets them apart.

Great atmosphere, awesome food, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I want to try out some other tasty looking things on the menu, but I know the burgers are so good I just can't bring myself to not get it. Definitely worth a visit!
