I love Nonla Burger! The burgers are fantastic, consistent and delicious every time! Nonla fries on the side top off the meal perfectly. 100% recommend for a quick meal.

We have eaten here multiple times. Ordered online and through the drive through. We always order and pay for extra pickles and two sides of spicy ranch. Every single time we open the box and these items are missing. The food is sometimes delicious, so we keep giving them another shot. The service is terrible. We are pushed to tip 20-25% for drive through and our orders are always missing things. Our orders are practically thrown at us through the pickup window. So much so, that we don’t feel comfortable asking and checking if the add-ons are included. I did ask once, and I got a clipped “yep”, an eye roll, and a closed drive through window. Even after I tipped 20% for drive through food! $8 on a $38 bill. You’ve gotta be kidding me. Well, tonight, I ordered online and my wife picked it up on her way home. Again- the sauces and pickles were not included. I called. The phone was answered with a “Hello!?” I let them know what had happened. Response, “sorry.” I asked for a refund. The person on the phone said to someone “they want a refund”. The manager got on the phone and offered to add my phone number and she would credit my account so we’d get the stuff free next time. I said that I didn’t think there would be a next time. She acted like it was an act of congress to issue a refund. She finally refunded me $4. Amazing. :/

Man I came back to town after being away for 5 years and the burgers and fries just aren’t the same as they used to be. It kinda gives me the impression that all the food is frozen which I get it costs on everything have gone up but id pay it if it was as good as it used to be

Genuinely one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I snapped this photo of my burger before I ate. Wow. Tasted as good as it looked too. The fries are crispy and seasoned perfectly.
Food was out in under 10 minutes and good music playing while you’re eating too. I honestly don’t know what more you could ask for in a burger place. I’m not from Kalamazoo, but I know where I’ll be coming for lunch next time I’m here!

Nonla Burger is such a great lunch spot. It is located right off Drake Road and always a go-to for me. My favorites are the crispy chicken sando and their nuggets. The Nonla sauce is a must-have for dipping your nuggets, fries, or sandwich and is honestly to die for. The locations are on the smaller side but the service is always friendly and quick. I have never had to wait too long unless it is during the usual busy times. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Kalamazoo.

I think black napkins had utterly ruined my perception of what a good burger is and that sucks because I dont always have time to wait in a line around the block for 40 min. I decided while I was down in the Zoo to try this place id heard about before. I got the #1 meal with the Nonla fries, all ordered through the drive through. I obviously went for the fries first and my first impression was wow, these are well seasoned plus with the sauce and grilled onion they are delicious! But then we got to the raw jalapeño and maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like most people don't want to just crunch on a jalapeño pepper and that was very much the vibe which threw off the goodness we had coming from the nice grilled onion. Of course I could have just taken then off but it led me to wonder why if we're already chopping up and grilling the onion, why aren't we throwing the jalapeño in there with it? Then we had the burger, oh man. It looked great, in and out kind of vibes with a brioche textured bun, melt cheese, and thin patties. But boy did it go wrong. First of all, something, either cheese or burger was SALTY and I like salt, but man was it approaching the line of too much. The cheese for the price you pay for the burger gave off Sysco American Slices when I would expect a nice sliced medium cheddar maybe. And I get meltability but when you pay five guys prices you expect that flavor to add up. And then the burgers, oh my lord help them poor cows who sacrificed. They gave high school cafeteria burgers but even more thin. Now I'm not saying a thin burger is a bad thing, smash burgers exist for a reason. But smashburgers are crispy and havd that crust we all love. These... not even an artificial grill like on the half a pinky finger thin burger. Was this the worst burger I ever had? Absolulty not, but would I come back to get it? Also absolutely not. In a world of expensive burgers, you have to stand out, and this just wasn't the case today. I was hoping for better, left full, but only partially satisfied. Back to GR I suppose.

Great Burger and Brussel sprouts were wonderful!!
Very tummy, not ideal as take-out for a larger order imo
I went through the drive-through and ordered a few sandwiches and burgers with fries as my family and I were driving back to Battle Creek. The layout for the drive through is strange and has a very tight turn, I had to backup and readjust to get to the window (maybe skill issue, but I have a tiny car as is), just something to be aware of.
Half of the order (1 chicken sandwich, 1 double burger, 2 fries) was packed into a box while the 2 specialty sandwiches were in a paper bag. The fries were very difficult to pass out as a to-go item, and passing the sandwiches seemed a bit haphazard, even for a car meal.
