I love the food here always have, but this location seems to constantly have very cold or rude people behind the counter. I’ve served tables for a long time and understand bad days, but as someone who always has a nice attitude towards people it is unsettling to be looked at as a burden. I forgot to add something to my order and I went back to the register and the girl was very rushing and rude for a second time. This isn’t the first time this kind of service has happened either.

I asked them to remove the Spinach from the Chicken Bacon Alfredo as I have an allergy, the dasher even had them confirm there was no Spinach in it, but I still pulled out a pile of leaves after I opened it up. Do better and pay attention to the ticket, you could put people in the hospital.

I was very disappointed to get home with my takeout order and find my bowl was not even half way full, I used to get so much food when eating here and now it feels like I’m getting a kids size portion

First time here and the food was underwhelming. Wishing I'd dined in instead of doing take out. Japanese Pan Noodles were DRY and the broccoli was hardly cooked, almost raw. Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi had ZERO shrimp in the bowl. Steak Stroganoff was ok, but underseasoned and kind of bland. Not sure I'll go back, which is sad because who doesn't love a comforting bowl of noodles???

Person running the register also prepared my food. Put her phone down and began without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She was clearly very sick and was coughing and snotting all over when preparing my food it was a far cry from when this location on W. Main in Kalamazoo first opened. All the tables were dirty and I had to wipe one off with my sleeve. I should have just left.

Visited here for the first time and was very pleased with the food and service. Definitely will return I was surprised with the choices and really enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and helpful and a very comfortable atmosphere. It was a great change of pace I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Dislocation has been by one of the best locations I've visited for noodles & company. The weight staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, and willing to explain some of the menu. The food was fresh and quickly delivered any mistake that there was, it was quickly fixed. Highly recommend this location
Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled and everything can be modified when ordered.
Parking: In a multiple business parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is super reasonable and a large variety of food choices and sides
Wheelchair accessibility: Whole building is ground level
