Always a good place to go with our family. The last time we did go the portions were a bit smaller and they didn't put as much meat as they used to. I understand that they need to adjust food/prices due to cost. But I would rather pay a little more then get less food.

i went to noodles and company on west main and the young lady who took my order was rude i would say something and she would just say “what else” in a rude tone. i ordered cheese bread as well and it wasn’t cooked all the way cheese wasn’t even melted and the pieces of bread were all tiny definitely not worth 6 dollars!! we waited about 15 minutes for our food we were the only ones in there, food wasn’t even good the sauce in the tortellini rosa was watery and they were cold…definitely not satisfied with my visit.

I like that they don't expect a tip. Food is okay but too expensive for pasta. The restaurant seating could use a remodel.

Good food. Female server was rude. Employees turned the heat in the building so high it was nearly impossible to eat in the restaurant. It was probably 85 degrees. Bathroom was normal temperature. I inquired and the male employee said it was really cold earlier.

I was craving a bowl of pasta to eat tonight on my way to the bridge. It’s unbelievable how bad the quality is gotten. tonight I stopped to get a bowl of pesto cavatappi, and the girl at the counter was very nice. I was the only one in the store, so my food was done very quickly. I got out to the truck and the noodles were very cold and barely any pesto sauce on it. I almost went back inside and asked them to microwave it for me. This used to be our families favorite restaurant but the last few times it has really gone downhill. What a complete waste of money tonight. The potstickers used to be very good. Now they just come as raw dough and cold to the touch. Very disappointing.

The manager made my salad. She had some kinda cold or something but no mask. I'm glad I stood at the front while my food was being made because she coughed over my salad 5 different times and never turned her head or covered her mouth. This is the reason I don't order ahead because I would have gotten sick and been wondering where it came from. Love the food but I'll go to the other location.

Forgot my drink, then she was extremely rude about giving it to me. When I got home I realized she also forgot my rice crispy treat. Clearly didn’t feel like doing her job today, didn’t look at the receipt and just put what the kitchen gave her in the bag. This is the third bad experience i’ve had at this location, I definitely won’t be going back again.

Took the lady at the counter like- 5 mins to figure out that the only online order she had was mine. Had to ask her for a part of my order and by the time I got back to work I realized she forgot silverware for my meal. She also kept talking to some kid in the kitchen when she should focus on actually getting the 2 orders on her screen correct.
