We ordered a DoorDash order that was not completed correctly on the door dashers end. Nick an employee from Olga’s was so helpful, he even called Doordash to help correct the issue. Nick is amazing and I will be frequenting Olga’s more often due to the amazing customer service I received.

I used to go to Olga's with my grandparents when I was a kid. I was overjoyed when I tasted the three cheese olga and it was exactly how I remembered it!
I also ordered hot tea and they specially brought a little sauce cup of honey for me. Service was exceptional! Atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

The Young Man Brandon was a true professional. Not only did he answer swiftly when myself, and my daughter came to pick up my dinner. He brought us out my meal, and once I arrived home..I noticed the order could have been fresher. I called the store and Brandon came to the phone - apologetic, showed true empathy - and promptly acknowledged my concern.
He then text me a coupon, and apologized on behalf of the company.
In these days in times, it was refreshing to see a young man - through, and through - truly care for a customer.
