A group of 7 of us went this past Monday for dinner. We all ordered together. 3 had finished their meals, one was still eating and 2 more were just served their meals. Mine would be "out in a few minutes". 45 minutes after ordering, I still didn't have my order. I told the counter I still didn't have my order, wanted a full refund, and my food asap. The manager came around and I told him the same thing. He apologized, but it's not his fault - he should be chewing out the kitchen staff. About 5 minutes later I finally got my food in to go containers. I asked why I didn't get it on a plate? Manager said I thought you were leaving - I never said that! Anyway, after a few more words, I received a credit slip for my order, less the tip. I mentioned this to the manager on the way out and he said, oh no the entire bill was taken care of. Still no credit on my bank account yet! He wanted to give me his card and I waved him off.

Very cool brewery with games and an arcade. Food is really good, but depending on what you order, sometimes it’s not enough bang for your buck. Beer is decent. Enjoying going with the kids and playing the arcade games.

Great spot for craft beer and love the pinball games

I was told this place would be amazing for all families. So I decided to bring the family in for the first time. We were not greeted. We sat at a table not told how to order found out how to on a napkin display, also had to look up the menu that way, which made it very difficult with children. I decided since I had to use my cell phone for everything.I would use it to find another place to eat. I was not impressed at all. Then, when leaving we were told to have a good night and thanks for coming in. Again never once greeted. And we didn't spend a dime and you thanked us for coming in how weird.

I want to say I’m surprised that Brian the manager still works here, but given his prickly nature and generally unpleasant disposition…. I guess I’m not. I always look forward to having a beer with my recently passed uncle Jason while I’m in town, and have been paying the yearly fee to keep the mug alive for that reason. Given my infrequent usage, this tribute costs one well about $5 annually, and offers a healthy 93% profit margin on the mug- nice!

Unfortunately, with tiny power comes big responsibility and Brian certainly felt his role weighing heavily on him as he refused to let us utilize Jason’s mug and keep his memory alive. I personally fear nothing more than a fake tooth and a power trip so we left and will not be back.

The rest of the staff and ownership is lovely and boasts immaculate vibes, it’s such a bummer that one black cloud has to taint the whole establishment. Cheers

We were visiting our son, daughter in law and grandkids from NC. Our son suggested going to One Well Brewing. The food was delicious and we had a blast playing the games and bowling!!!

Nice atmosphere and great staff. The macaroni and cheese is horrible and tasteless. The salsa is great.

the food was bland, the menu was painful to read and the options were just unappealing, and i watched an employee walk right out the bathroom stall into the kitchen without washing her hands, i don't care if the first thing she did when she got into the kitchen was wash her hands, THATS NASTY, i guess the concept is cool tho and the other employees were nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and it wasn't crazy expensive

Every time we come to Kalamazoo, we stop for lunch or just a beer because their beer and food is fantastic! Today, the beer of choice is a pumpkin ale 👍! It is also very family friendly with games and activities for the kids.

Fun concept for beer and food for adults that are kids at heart. Great tasting beer with a wide range of flavor profiles (xalapa and state of bean my personal favorites). Once you fill your stomach, go empty your pockets with all your quarters for pinball and classic arcade games.

Whatever team is workin' in the kitchen, lord, they know how to throw down. Everything we've ordered here has been off the hook delicious.

The salads, the Mac and cheese, the pizza, the wings! I can recommend everything I've tried here and mean it from my deepest gut. Just fantastic. And it's not one of these joints that blasts the food with salt and calls it a miracle. We're talking seasoning and FLAVOR here, folks.

I can't speak to the beer - I tried the rye red and have stuck to it like glue since I like it so much, and haven't tried anything else. The sips I've had from friends drinks have always been tasty, so do with that what you will.

The vibe is awesome! Large space with plenty of seats for big or small groups. Even when there's a lot of people, it doesn't feel crowded and seats are a decent distance from one another.

If splitting bills makes you anxious, don't sweat it. You scan a QR code and order / pay for what you want on your phone and they bring it to your table. Easy breezy. For beer you do need to go to the bar, though.

As for game options, the sky's the limit. Foosball, a menagerie of pinball machines, guitar hero, DDR, pool tables, dart boards, and a huge shelf of board and card games are at your disposal. There's even some arcade games, a claw machine and a photo booth. The pinball machines run about 75c a pop, and luckily they have a ATM handy if you're low on cash for the quarter machine.

Definitely family friendly but this is a great date night place as well. I've seen people of all ages here. There's a handicap accessible restroom as well. I believe they're building a stage in one of the rooms currently, but don't quote me on that.

The service overall has always been speedy, efficient and cordial. This is really a 10/10 place. They have a lot of cool merch as well. Oh, and there's a ton of seating outside, so enjoy the weather, too!
