Food took way too long AND was tiny, cold, and seasoned poorly. Panera’s standards of the early 2000’s has faded. A mini cup of soup, half sandwich, and small smoothie cost over 21 dollars. Thankfully, I had a 25 dollar gift card. I will NOT rush back.

I’ve never had a rapid pick up ready despite putting it in 30+ minutes in advance. Erik haven’t picked up 25 minutes after the given time. The order was 4 sandwiches. Food is standard Panera food.

Whatever delivery service they use, they took my cinnamon bagel with my cream cheese, twice! I finally was able to do pick-up & got my bagel & cream cheese. When I got it the last time it reminded me of the other two times I didn't get it.

Had a lunch order of 15. Veronica the catering host was amazing. Left for my meeting got a call I missed two box lunches. She jumped in car and delivered them 5 miles to where my meeting was. Please give this employee a raise she was amazing!!!!

Great service and good specialty drinks. We all like their different flavored lemonades. Their Sip Club is a good option if you go here often. You can get one large drink every 2 hrs.
