I've never been to a Panera Bread before, my boss goes quite frequently. I thought they just sold bread, then when I got in there, it was a whole restaurant. They're pretty quick with the food, and it tastes great.
Shout out to Antione (could have spelled his name wrong if so, I apologize!) who is so sweet and honestly makes me want to keep coming back here. I hope the managers and owners of this establishment realize they have an absolute gem, and he is appreciated and paid well.
food is always decent, but wait times in the drive thru are INSANELY long. I understand food is made to order, so i’m not even that mad about that. what i AM mad about is the customer service. I’m sorry that you don’t want to take my drive thru order, but you don’t need to talk to me like I just asked for your kidney when all I ordered was a drink. do better.
