Havent had a traditional sandwich in years. Decided to go to Panera with a birthday gift card. I had a Grilled Chicken Avo LT. Never tasted so fantastic! FRESH greens, thick sliced chicken and the Avacado...heavenly! I was pleasantly full, satisfied and saving my Mac and cheese for work. Oh yeah... great customer service too. ♡
Manager, Anthony (Tony), has always been super attentive, personable, and above and beyond in servicing my order to satisfaction each and every time I visit. (That's often too since I'm a sip club member.) Bravo to Panera Bread for employing exemplary staff at this W. Main location in Kalamazoo!!
Whatever delivery service they use, they took my cinnamon bagel with my cream cheese, twice! I finally was able to do pick-up & got my bagel & cream cheese. When I got it the last time it reminded me of the other two times I didn't get it.
